酒店位於博鰲鎮中心位置，周圍有小吃和商場，比較方便。房間較為寬敞，也還算整潔，但在六樓看海還是會被遮擋部分～前台接待還不錯，沒到入住時間幫寄存行李，房間騰出后及時聯繫我們～不足是硬件上，電視遙控有問題，三個房間遙控試過後，才把客廳電視打開，兩個卧室的電視均無法觀看，客廳空調風力太大～調試半天也改變不了，因為衹住一天也就將就了。衹適合短住～

Great service at Reception and Concierge. Friendly House Keeping staff. Clean room and good room amenities. A great selection and tasty breakfast buffet. Our dinner was delicious! Our group enjoyed multiple spa treatments. My stay was most relaxing with lovely views and comfortable areas around the complex and hotel grounds to the beach. The group I travelled with have returned because they enjoyed their first stay so much.I will definitely return.

這次住店必須給一個大大滴好評👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻一進來就免費幫我們升級了房間，房間陽台很大，有洗衣機，晾衣服也方便，還能看到海景，不是衹有一點是很大一片，連續住了兩天，第一天結束後跟服務員説補一點礦泉水，回來的時候給了九瓶，喝都喝不完，小區旁邊就有沙灘，離紅石灘和博物館還有潭門碼頭（吃海鮮）都很近，建議來海南瓊海都在這裏住上兩天，老媽住的不想走！

This is a great place to stay, a little hard to find as it’s on such a massive complex. Thankfully a kind person drove me to the correct building. The landlady was great and happy to communicate. The room was very clean and the balcony very good. My only warning is that I closed the balcony door while I was in the balcony smoking and the door would not open to let me back in. There is no handle on the outside of the door and so I was left outside for 15 minutes trying to open it. The landlady said she would send someone up to help but thankfully I managed to open the door finally (great as I had deadlocked the front door). The apartment is lovely as is the landlady.

Stayed there for a total of 8 nights and there was nothing to complain about. Good location, delicious breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities and amenities were all necessary and top notch including washing machine and dryer. Overall, cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel were very good. Thank you for providing my family a wonderful stay:)

HHanCharleneThe bathroom area couldn't be locked and the door was extremely heavy (need to use a lot of strength to close) which I suspect was faulty.
The service was remarkable as my friend fell and they even came up to apply medicine for her. The support was good.

JJiuyaoxiaojie民宿是在潭門鎮鎮中心附近的一個靠海的村子裏，這個村近些年被打造過，綠化和設施還算不錯的，從民宿走路去到可趕海的海灘也就10分鐘不到。
他家在村子裏有2個分店，我們住在更新、更現代化的新店，設施和用品齊全，衞生特別好。院子裏種着菠蘿蜜、木瓜、芒果等果樹，當然還有椰子樹，隔壁家還有楊桃樹，這對於內陸來的衹吃過果子沒看過樹的孩子來説是漲見識了。
關於交通，我們從博鰲機場打車過來平台約車70元左右，其實也可以提前跟店主問問看幫忙找個熟悉的司機師傅預約接機，費用還實惠些。
關於吃飯問題，村子裏沒有什麼飲食店，需要打車或開車去鎮上吃，幾分鐘到，鎮上有海鮮店一條街，也有本地人開的各種老爸茶店，推薦去試試南麥早餐店。不想每頓飯都坐車出門覓食的話可以提前跟店主預約餐食，民宿新店這邊還有個大大的廚房和漂亮的餐廳空間，店裡也有飲食選擇，提前多溝通吧。
周邊遊玩，中國南海博物館離民宿不遠，打車幾分鐘就到，步行慢慢走的話大約20分鐘內也能到。

DDYThe room was pretty neat and the service of the front staff employees and the housekeepers were great. The breakfast (if you have opted for it) was alright, nothing too spectacular. The only downside I could think of was the lack of a mini-fridge. I'd say that this hotel is a great location where there are many eateries and convenience stores nearby.

LLeoLeoXuFabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

PPengguna Tetamu在瓊海度假的這幾天，我選擇了希雅圖酒店。在這裏度過了一段愉快輕鬆的時光。酒店的位置非常便利，距離市中心和萬泉河，雜糧街都衹有很短的車程。酒店的工作人員都非常熱情友好，對待客人非常周到，有啥需要給他們説了響應很快。酒店的設施非常齊全，有停車場，自助洗衣房，無論是房間還是公共區域，都給人一種温馨如家的感覺，房間很寬敞，還有大大的落地窗，床鋪柔軟舒適，床品雪白，衞生間乾淨整潔，衞生死角都打掃得乾乾淨淨，洗漱用品齊全，強烈推薦。

Yyo weoii_Came to stay for 4 days with my family, damnn I like the hotel. has a good view at least of the sky outside of our window, we live on the 10th floor. It's very convenient to go out and eat around the area, there's small shops that sells pows, noodles and a few blocks away you can get to eat some dim sum restaurant already. Few miles away from the hotel is the wanquan River. I've tried to walk back to our hotel from there, if not you can also use their app DiDi to call for a cab. I really love the area around. Hotel is good, eventhough the toilet is quite cramp as I have long legs so it's hard to close the door.. haha..but I just close the big door. the shower cubicle, there's only light coming frim side ceiling so is dim.. but i like their shower gel fragrance! so lemonish~ there's no fridge, but have all the toiletries you need. It's a good stay, will totally book again next time cause of the area around. There's night market across the street too. The staff was good, and they also have free sweets and cookies at the counter which is nice! The staff at the entrance was friendly 😊 and helpful with directions! you can even play piano there at the entrance!! so cool~

XXuerouSheryl7年前來住過亞洲灣，這次趁着假期錯峯出遊博鰲，選了性價比最高的1號樓斯維登，房間房型跟7年前的相似，有個大吧枱很方便，房間也很大。每個房間都在陽台搞個浴缸，難道衹能穿泳衣泡澡麼？搞不懂怎麼這樣設計哈哈。吃飯可以叫外賣，也可以去對面2號樓五星級酒店裡的幾家，椰子雞不錯。附近交通沒有博鰲鎮方便，公交13路很久才一輛，問了司機才搞明白是根據高鐵到達時間來調度公交。總之，好評。

LLi Zhe太好了。房間很乾凈，挺舒服的。服務很熱情。酒店離沙灘不遠。再來博鰲我肯定會在這兒住。An excellent stay. Clean and comfortable room, not far from either the beach or the main road. Owners were very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
