Hotel di West Street/Kaiyuan Temple, Quanzhou

This stay was absolutely fantastic, all thanks to the attentive service from the front office manager! Not only were they highly skilled and answered all our questions clearly and professionally, but they were also incredibly friendly and proactively looked after our needs, instantly making us feel at home. Full marks! Plus, the hotel has a washing machine and dryer, which was super convenient for us business travelers. And the thoughtful late-night congee the hotel offers was such a lovely touch!

This is our first vist to Quanzhou. We picked this somewhat dated looking hotel (from the outside), we were positively overwhelmed in every respect (hardware, software, location, service...) The hotel is very stylish (mid-Century modern) and well thought out on residence experience. The interiror designer (谢柯) is highly respected. Our concierge - Andy looked after us in every step of the way; he made an effort to reach us before arrival, gave us great recommendations on food, activity planning, & gifts preparation. The dinning room on top had great service, view, food and ambiance. The staff (matradee and 小西）accommodated us even though we arrived near their closing time. I think we also met the GM who treated us like friends. Quanzhou is an ancient city full of history busyness and things-to-do like most of cities in China, but this beautiful boutique hotel is truly full of pleasant surprise and an inviting escape in the big country.

Great hotel! The hotel seems to have been built a while ago, so the in-room facilities are a bit old, but everything you need is there, and the service is very thorough. There's freshly ground coffee in the lobby, which smells wonderful. They even gave me a pair of slippers upon check-in. The room was also very clean. The hotel staff were warm and attentive. There was a wide variety of breakfast options; I tried the 'mian xian hu' (vermicelli paste), which was quite good. It's quite close to the ancient city, easily accessible by taxi or even on foot.

The B&B is located in a small alley, making it a very quiet place to rest at night. It has four floors, with a double room on the top floor. There's only one unit, consisting of two separate small rooms joined by a hallway. While the rooms aren't large, each one has a separate shower and toilet, making them very comfortable. The common areas on each floor are spacious. Free water, drinks, and tea are available in the common areas on the second and third floors, and the fourth floor boasts a separate, free laundry room with dryer and a terrace for enjoying the view and hanging clothes. The front desk lady was very welcoming, welcoming us, guiding us, and helping with our luggage. She also recommended some excellent food before our check-in, which I highly recommend! Although the fourth floor is a walk-up, there's a dedicated elevator for luggage that takes us directly upstairs. Overall, the B&B was very thoughtfully designed, not using all the space for rooms. While there aren't many rooms, the common areas are spacious and comfortable.

This is truly the most thoughtful hotel I've ever stayed in! Perhaps it's because many women visiting Quanzhou frequent the 'Three Flowers' (a local beauty salon/spa), but the hotel rooms are equipped with hair clips, makeup remover, facial cleanser, and toner for every female guest. They really have thought of everything. The room, though not large, was very clean overall, and the comfort level was excellent. This hotel is located near Quanzhou East Street, with shared bikes right outside. It's very convenient to cycle to West Street and the Bell Tower. The hotel even thoughtfully provides local travel guides for guests to take, and there's a special daily cocktail prepared for guests in the lobby. It was a wonderful experience, providing a very comfortable stay for my Quanzhou trip.

This was the PERFECT location in Quanzhou...tucked within a cute art gallery/bar/restaurant. Quick walk to many temples and tourist spots. Super helpful and kind service. Received a bouquet of orange roses at check-in.

Three minutes before my flight, I received a call from the B&B. They quickly added me on WeChat and sent me a guide to Quanzhou. They also told me to tell them as soon as I landed so they could turn on the AC in my room. I have to give them a thumbs up for that service [snickering]. Now, let's talk about the B&B itself. The location is great—close to Guanyu Temple, but still a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle. It's tucked away in an alley, making it easy to find once you're there. It's also convenient for eating and drinking nearby. We were there off-season, so we upgraded to a king room. The room was spacious, and they even gave us free fruit. The breakfast was also quite good. I've already recommended it to friends, and they all said they'd stay there again.

The small homestay in Golden Fish Lane really has nothing to say. The ancient alley is very convenient to go anywhere. It is super suitable for travel and vacation, and the boss fried chicken is very enthusiastic and the strategy is great! Especially the experience of sending the scorpion flowers, who comes to Quanzhou and does not make scorpion flowers? Must give a compliment to the mattress of the hotel! I used to live in a five-star hotel and felt that the bed was very comfortable, but the double zero pressure mattress of this experience felt better. It is moderately soft and hard, with both a sense of support and a sense of wrapping, especially when sleeping on the side, there is no sense of oppression on the shoulders and hips at all, so intimate

The B&B is very suitable for taking photos. There is a Xiyu Bakery at the door, where you can eat and chat with your friends. The location is very good. You can walk to the Bell Tower, West Street, various snacks and hairpins, and Kaiyuan Temple is also very close. The service is also very good. I called and added WeChat in advance, and asked in advance for other needs. The room has a smart toilet, disposable towels and bath towels, and the bedding is also very comfortable. The only drawback is the stairs. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the old town. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new. The washer and dryer worked great, and the porridge served each night was excellent. Parking is convenient, and there are charging stations, making it the most convenient hotel nearby for charging. Driving the tram was very safe. The hotel staff were all very nice and service-minded, always willing to help. Even though we were out playing during the day, the cleaning lady stayed late to clean for us.
