What a unforgettable holiday! The staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful! To name a few, Akshay at the bar, Yanish, the staff meal times ect! The hotel is unfortunately on the windier side of the island but thats not there fault ! Its actually close to catamaran excursions and watersports so no need to travel far to enjoy them. The sand is the best, felt like flour. They build the hotel in such a clever way that when you're at the swimming pool or restaurant you don't feel the wind at all. The breeze is actually refreshing to say the least. Food selection is enough to fill you up and food is delicious and tasty. I was at another hotel in the West in 2018 with more food options, but then you tend to over induldge. The rooms are easy accessible and so close from everything. The hotel is beautiful and we slept like babies! Room service was excellent and we we're surprised with a new shaped towel everyday . I would highly recommend Veranda Palmar Hotel! Blessings from South Africa staff! We appreciate your smiles and kindness!

The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist with a smile. The team's warmth and attentiveness made me feel like part of the resort family, rather than just a guest. Every interaction, from breakfast to dinner, and throughout the day, was met with genuine kindness and care. Great place for relaxation, plenty to see around the island. The hotel itself was very clean our comfort room had ample space, the food was good a lot to choose from. The staff were amazing could not do enough for you, I had the best massage ever in their spa. We also got married whilst we were here our wedding coordinator was wonderful every little detail she covered so impressed and felt very special. Thank you everyone at this special personable hotel x

We love VERANDA PALMAR! Second visit for us and I honestly don’t think we’ll stay anywhere else. Such a small, lovely and homely hotel. Everything was perfect. The weather was warm, just a little on the windy side on the beach but fine by the pool. We loved our room and the view was so special. Can’t wait to visit again

Very nice hotel, excellent service, great location. And the staff is so helpful and polite. Yuo must definitely visit the pool bar with many coctails and moctails. :) Many family activities: snorkling, domino games, joga by the beach - we had a lovely time.

We already miss this place! The absolute first and best thing about this place is the staff. A very warm welcome upon arrival and consistently made sure that we were content with everything from our room to the food and everything else in between. Our room was beachfront and it was spacious and clean. All of the hotel grounds are extremely well maintained. We didn’t really use the pool but from what we saw it seemed fine. The beach is white powdery sand and it is cleaned of seaweed daily. The food was ok, we always managed to find something there to eat. Towards the end of our 10 night stay we perhaps started to get a bit bored of it, but that’s the same with most All Inc I think. Not all of the drinks are included in the all inclusive package which is a shame. It would be better if there were no restrictions. Whilst the hotel boasts two restaurants, it is only the buffet restaurant that’s all inclusive. The other restaurant you need to pay for. The use of water sports is included and this is generous.

The food was excellent and we had a lot of variety. We were treated very well and the staff were very friendly. The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. The place was not crowded and far from city life, which is very much appreciated when you want relax and calm time. Very nice place for a stay in couple, friends or family! Special thanks to Akshay and Nilesh from the bar!

The Hotel was lovely with the mauritius style which made it have that special touch. Room service was excellent daily big shout out to all the staff who were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Remember your in mauritius so have patience with the staff they don't rush it's the way they work nice and casual. I would recommend you get shown on Arrival everything regarding the hotel as this all inclusive is very different when getting drinks and food. The hotel gardens are well kept and beautiful then you walk to the perfect location beach with pure white sand and lovely new beds. If your looking for any trips I would definitely recommend the boat trip visiting the islands waterfall and monkeys as well as snorkeling and amazing stop off island food with entertainment the staff were brilliant and you will love the day on this boat trip very special with fantastic views. As any hotel there's always room for improvement and for me the management need more glasses as the staff spent more time looking or washing glasses returned not brilliant.Anyway as a family we had a lovely time at the Veranda palmer beach and would recommend this hotel especially just for the beach alone without its other bonuses. Very nice Enjoy.

We have just returned to South Africa from a week away in Mauritius at Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel. Was and ABSOLUTELY amazing trip, with excellent facilities, food and staff at the resort. Best meal ever experienced at the Horizon Bar. Many hotel activities daily and from beach hut too. Can't wait to go again.
