Les Lofts Champlain - PAR les Lofts Vieux-Québec

Beautiful Loft, located in the heart of the main tourist areas in Old Quebec, extremely clean and comfortable! The customer service person who I had to contact for several questions were very responsive and extremely helpful. Lovely place, will definitely book again on my next trip.

In our room n° 56, there are no wardrobes, only two drawers. From the ceiling a hidden fan makes noise until around 9pm, then it turns off and you can sleep if you want. There is no plastic mat in the tub and it slips easily. The manager mr Alexander promissed to provide. All the guys at front office are kindly, helpful and nice.

The only thing positive about this property is it’s location. But security is a major concern. Someone broke into the unit and stole my camera and other small electronic items that were in the living room. The door just has an electronic lock but no physical latch. The management team was not willing to share the CCTV footage of who entered the unit and stole my stuff. Ultimately, I filed a police complaint about the theft but don’t expect to get my camera back. Do yourselves a favor and book a proper hotel instead of staying here. Security always wins over the convenient location.

After exploring in person, Champlain location is the best of any hotel. Can't beat it. Only les lofts notre dam is on par or next best. Plenty of privacy if you want it by closing the curtains, plus it's on a quieter street. Once you round the corner, you are in the heart of the action. Only suggestions, need ledge in shower for soap. Provide larger trash bins, clean out the cob webs inside and outside. Clean the windows of fingerprints. Maybe add a splash more decor around the TV area. Provide internet/youtube on the tv. Need better wine bottle opener. Unable to adjust volume on tv. Other than that, better than any 5 star hotel. One person taking my picture thought that this was my shop, as it looks like a storefront. Lol. Parking is across the street at the harbor, but you can actually drive up on the brick street and unload your lugagge if you have a heavy load.
