Nice boutique hotel! New and clean rooms and facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Best hotel ever. No worries about food, both streets filled with cuisine to choose from. Very chill hotel, laundry, gym room, best amenities, best part they even provided oven-mini pantry with washing sink. Impressed the toilet facilities from basin to wall tiles and flooring, everything were so fine and well designed. Amazingly detailed I can’t help not to take photos!! Love the decor was surprised by the ambiance along lift to your hotel room. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.

酒店就在地下城上面，去哪裡都方便，位置優越，早餐很贊，除此沒有值得稱讚的，進房間打開衣櫥，發現衣櫥裏漏水，放拖鞋處被打濕，打電話叫服務發現電話是壞的，於是下樓到前台，前台讓我回房間，説服務員回到房間處理，於是回到房間等了10分鐘沒人來，於是又下樓跟前台説，前台態度冷漠，一點不熱情，住很多次洲際酒店這次體驗感最差

住了兩晚沒有打掃衞生，空調聲音大的出奇，淋浴扭扭不動，服務人員也沒有維修。除了位置好沒啥優點。不滿意的住宿體驗

酒店位置特別好，就在老城裡。 出行也非常方便！酒店很新，裝修都充滿了藝術氣息。如果再去，我們依然會選擇住在這裏

Super central, clean, quirky, artsy. Great breakfast. Super comfortable. Nice rooms. Fun they you can cook in it. Very convenient. Close to all restaurants, chateau Frontenac. Walkable. Only thing was that it was noisy (3rd floor) from cars passing by.

This very unique hotel was in a fabulous location in Old Quebec….a 2 minute walk to the Notre-Dame Basilica. There were many incredible restaurants very close by. The hotel itself had a very good continental breakfast and super friendly staff. The lobby was very cool and had many beautiful siting areas. The room was spacious and very nice. The bathroom was beautiful and big as well. There was a mini kitchen cabinet that included a Nespresso coffee machine. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!!!

The staff was helpful and the room was lovely and extremely comfortable. The add-on breakfast was definitely worth it! We loved the “vibe” here!

Monsieur Jean is a great hotel! The decor feels magical, the passion of the creator really transpires in this hotel. The service was great, every single staff member was very friendly and helpful! Lots of attention to detail. Amazing cocktails at the Bijou restaurant and the food is great too! Service staff were impeccable! Strongly recommend this property 10/10! Great job to all!

Very unique hotel. Clean quiet and very hospitable. Very central to everything you need and no need to drive if you plan on sight seeing. Location, location location. I will be booking again. Loved it

It was a nice hotel and a comfortable stay except that for 2 days out of our 3 days trip, we had next door the hotel staff cleaning other rooms very early in the mornings. They were also chatting loud for at least a couple hours right next to our room for 2 days at a row. When we advised about this, the staff did not even offer any special treatment. Even when we asked for a one hour late check out, they refused at first and only later on they agreed. So not so flexible with their customer service.

Excellent hotel in the upper part of Old Quebec City. Walking distance to all major attractions in old Quebec. Great hotel room. Comfortable beds and terrific room service by cleaning crew.
