From the warm welcome to a comfy well appointed room and perfect location the hotel was wonderful. The women who run the hotel are a fine example of Quebec chic,manners and culture. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay here again with pleasure.

We had a great 4 night stay at the Cap Diamant! we couldn't have chosen a better location for our first visit to Vieux-Québec. The hotel is located just a few short blocks from the Chateau Frontenac and the main dining areas the decor and vibe is very stylish and we felt welcomed by Paula, Chantal and Marie-Ev. though not without a few quirks in general the Cap Diamant is relaxed and comfortable. Great music and a nice breakfast to start each day sets you up for a day spent exploring the Old Town. Be advised that there are steep stairs in this old house so I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues! We would definitely stay again!

This is an overall poorly managed property with no attention to guests. The rooms are suboptimal, very poor accommodations. Their TV is super complicated to operate. The restroom/shower is poorly staffed, the shower handle doesn’t function properly, the are no outlets in the room within proximity from the bed. The stairs are unsafe, the lighting in the room is not adequate.their so called breakfast is poor, the service overall is poor. I wouldn’t recommend this motel at all. I would give it an honest but very generous one star.

Amazing hospitality and every detail was so nice. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and room was perfect.
Couldn’t be happier and we will definitely plan to stay here on our next visit to QC

We had a great time at this hotel. Every person we interacted with was polite and very helpful. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The bathroom is on the smaller side but that was ok for us. Breakfast was delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

Charming and intimate boutique hotel located in Old Quebec, well equipped rooms with excellent beds, outstanding attentive service from Michelle, Pauline and Chantal, delicious breakfast. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended.
