Checked in before 6pm, but nobody there to greet, room was clean and spacious, no coffee or tea facilities in the room, I try to call the owner to ask if we could use the kettle in the dining room Wich was unlocked, but nobody answered, there are fridges in the hall, but again no information if there were at guests disposal, never saw anyone for the all stay, strange because they know you are there, as proposed parking at 25cad was charged the next day, breakfast is announced at 10cad on one sign outside the room and 25 on another? as it was on the site, confusing. Having said that, it's in a very nice neighborhood and walking distance to the old town

This B&B’s only saving grace is its location. It was a value for the location, but not the amenities (or lack there of). The room was outdated but clean, shower was decent, bed was comfortable and had an extra blanket and flat pillow. Communication was sparse to difficult. Email response was over 24 hrs. It was hard finding the right phone number. When we did call, we left several messages with no response. There was a water cooler on each floor, but not plugged in so there was no hot water. We later learned that the only coffee pot was in the kitchen but it didn’t seem like it was meant for public use. We decided to go out for breakfast each day. Will not stay there again.

The place needs total renovation urgently. Maintenance at best is a very poor DIY standard. Plaster is falling off the bathroom ceiling. This is no more than a two star place so to describe it as 4 star is deception. The Internet and AC worked well and it's only 30 minutes walk to the old town. As soon as you see the front door you will realise you have made a mistake booking this place.

Very good for the price. It's an old house converted to a small hotel. I have stayed in a few of these types of hotels in Quebec City and this one is less charming than the others but also better price. The room was clean and comfortable, my only complaint is that the building is not secured so anyone can come in through the front door at night (and there are no staff on premise). But there is a deadbolt on each room door so not a big deal.

Quelle déception !!! Chambre vieillotte, pas très propre. Salle de bain pas très propre. Papier toilette rationné... Petit déjeuner pas cher mais vous en avez pour votre argent... Nous avions fait le choix d'un B&B pour avoir des échanges avec les propriétaires... raté le minimum pour le check in, la personne qui nous sert le petit-déjeuner est en communication téléphonique permanente .. J'ai fortement regretté d'avoir réservé 3 nuits

La struttura è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Quebec in una zona piena di locali ma tranquilla. Bella la camera e molto pulita. Ottima la colazione a prezzi modici. Consigliato per un piacevole soggiorno a Quebec. In caso di check in a tarda ora ti lasciano le istruzioni per entrare agevolmente.
