I am not happy with the type of beds in the apar**ent. The booking clearly stated that it was one king size with 2 single beds but I found out the apar**ent arranged 2 double beds instead. The next day I called the front desk and he told me because I didn’t requested for 2 single beds so 2 double beds were arranged. When I checked out I showed my booking photos to the staff and he told me I sent an email to them and specifically requested to have a double bed instead of 2 singles. I have never requested for that and I was very upset with these responses. Could trip.com investigate what has been gone wrong in my booking? Thank you.

It was a lovely stay, fantastic location! It was great for our little family. The only thing was the outside light in the hall is on all night and very bright into the kids bedroom which we couldn't shut out enough with the blinds on the window.

位置非常好， 落地窗正對湖面。 房間乾淨。 門口可以免費停車。

Went there to celebrate a friends birthday and we had a blust, planning to go with my husband soon because the place is so refreshing. The friendliness from the stuff was unbelievable, they made us feel so welcome and we enjoyed every minute.... Definitely going again

We stayed in Apar**ent 4 - family of 3 in a 2 bedroom penthouse with kitchen - arrived New Years eve 2023 for a week. All the apar**ents are different apparently. The location of this property is excellent. Just a stone's throw from the centre of town - 2-3 minute stroll. View was spectacular of the lake and mountains - clear view and no obstructions. Apar**ent 4 has been recently renovated. It was a spacious and comfortable apar**ent. Very clean. Carpet in great condition; kitchen well-appointed. Nice comfortable lounge and dining table/chairs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower had great pressure and great heater in the bathroom. Staff were excellent and obliging. Very easy place to stay and no complaints. It's not cheap over the new year period, but nothing in Queenstown is. I recommend this property - apar**ent 4 anyway. Can't vouch for the other apar**ents. The big plus for this place is the view from the penthouse apar**ents - the higher you go, the better it is. Also the proximity to town - perfect. It is on the main road that passes through town, but the bedrooms are back off the road so traffic noise didn't really bother us. Lastly, it has a washing machine and dryer in the apar**ent which were great. Fridge and microwave. Car park downstairs (locked with code) and also out the front if you have a car. Very pleasant and comfortable stay at this property and we're quite fussy where we stay as a family. We expect everything to be pretty spot on and it was. Apar**ent 4 has no balcony but has 2 big sliding doors that open the living area right up to the outside breeze. Some apar**ents do have larger balconies that you can walk onto and sit out there. You should call them and ask to confirm what apar**ent has a balcony before you book if that's important to you. It didn't worry us at all.

The location is probably the best. Steps away to town area where everything is. Street noise is expected, but bearable. Love that there are laundry racks that we could put out in our living area to dry our laundry. Bedrooms are fairly small but living area is big. Toilets seem recently refurbished. Nice and clean! Overall a great stay!
