Hotel Romantik di Queenstown

房間硬件相當高級。特別是床，特別的舒服。酒店裡就可以停車，電梯上去就是房間，出行很方便，酒店也有去市中心的穿梭巴士，一輛車最多坐11個人，最好提前預約。晚上抬頭就可以看見星空，特別的美。酒店沒有提供礦泉水，但是每天可以提供牛奶，這個牛奶非常好喝，記得問前台的工作人員要哦。

一定！要定湖景房！圖片都是在房間和陽台拍的。 房間設施就不要抱太大期望，就是國內民宿的等級，但是景色實在美！前台服務人員態度很好，我們一家三口，還主動提供了沙發床加床服務（圖 1） 沒有免費礦泉水，可以問前台要免費的tap water，煮開了一樣可以泡茶，沒什麼異味。吹風機是戴森的🤩離鎮中心走路5-8 分鐘，但是有一個很大的坡，對年齡大、腿腳不好的人有點不友好，會有些累。不建議自駕，因為皇后鎮停車實在實在太難了（◍•﹏•）

The rooms are super nice. And the kitchen has a beautiful view. There is a weird smell like spices) in the storage room and our bags now smell like it but other than that the staff was friendly and the room was extremely comfy (the bed was like sleeping in a cloud)

The service and employees were great. Some of the rooms are however difficult to get to and I had booked a premium room with a lake view and unfortunately was given a room where the bush had blocked my view and it was ground level so I couldn’t see much

Pounamu apartments super suites are the upstairs units with a small balcony. The view over the lake and the mountains was really nice, especially after a snowfall overnight. Inside the unit, the kitchen was very functional with oven, cooktop and microwave. Air conditioning and fake fireplace kept the unit to a reasonable heat at the start of winter but this may be an issue in the middle of winter. The shower had great water pressure and great hot water. It too about 15 minutes to walk into the city centre but the walk back along the lake requires a walk up a hill which was a little taxing so the main road is a better way back. Short drive to New World and Woolworths in Frankton.

Best location. Spacious rooms but could use a refresh. Breakfast is good . Overall a nice stay

Pros: the hotel room was really clean and spacious Location was good, really near the main shops area Cons: the hotel informed there was no parking available as their carpark was full and it was first come first serve. So guests are expected to circle the hotel vicinity for a lot when they arrive? Especially when it’s stated that parking is available onsite. Front desk staff was really rude with an attitude. She suggested street parking but I told her I wasn’t comfortable with parallel parking and she just got really rude with a take it or leave it attitude. We booked two rooms but she only gave one room’s card and I had to remind her for the other room’s card. Anyways. The hotel is a maze where we had to take lift to a different level, walk to a different building and take another lift to get to the room. Abit creepy for solo travellers. Overall; the rooms are well maintained but beware of the lack of parking + rude staff

Great facilities with peaceful and picturistic outlook. Basically nothing to fault. Will come back again

位置在皇后鎮中央的中央位置，地點絕佳，房間的佈置和陳設非常有品味，房間清潔完美，也有夜床服務並補充mini bar,備品齊全還附上一個電源轉接頭，浴室的水壓很強而且乾溼分離，在新西蘭旅遊15天住了8，9家的酒店，這家並𣎴是價格最高但是確是我最喜歡的酒店，酒店中每一個服務人員都非常友善，也感謝Anna推薦的餐廳，the bunker,Rata,Sherwood我們都有去了，確實都非常棒，下次如果我有機會再去皇后鎮一定會再去入住

是這次新西蘭之旅最為滿意的一家酒店，就在湖邊景色一流沒得説，廚房全套設施設備齊全，所有餐具都很好，很有家的感覺，很適合躺上一個星期。從酒店走下去就是Frankton walkway，可以沿着湖邊一直走到鎮中心，大概要走30分鐘，這應該是它唯一可以成為缺點的點了吧。不過對於本來就適合閑逛的皇后鎮，這點距離可以忽略不計。另外就是基本就是全自助服務，沒見過前台有開過門😅 如果再來皇后鎮一定還會選這裏的😘😘😘
