I booked this location for a real โ€œBritish Experience.โ€ Although I donโ€™t know if it was a real experience, it was a REAL experience. From the moment the car arrived, I was impressed and in love. It is a true country estate, surrounded by green rolling hills and ancient trees. The first view down the driveway was of a stunning estate with beautifully landscaped grounds. We arrived early and they were able to register us immediately. The only downside was the number of stairs to get to the room, but this was minimal. The interior was breathtaking, the outside was awe inspiring. We had originally planned on taking a day to go to London, but quickly decided to stay and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the estate. The food was wonderful but the breakfast hours were not as noted. On Saturday, we arrived at 10:30 for breakfast and the buffet was nearly empty, however the staff were kind enough to bring us the few things we needed. The staff were wonderful and added to the exceptional experience of our stay. I will definitely revisit this location in the future. It was a lovely experience.

Very good location central to Farnham town centre. Room was a great size, had a lovely bath, and was overall very cosy. The hotel itself was basic, but did the job for a night's stay. Breakfast was nice, a good selection and tasty full English!

I was staying at the hotel due to an important business meeting the next day, unfortunately my sleep was broken at 2am with a fire alarm going off due to other hotel guests, I was expecting some kind of kind refund or a discount off my next stay as I have used this hotel to stay for business many times before but nothing was offered and the interruption in my sleep affected my business meeting the next day, very disappointed in the way this was handled.

Everything perfect as always. Just two comments: firstly the bathrooms are way too small, and secondly, a hotel of this quality should not consider it necessary to charge extra for parking, though i admit that this does unfortunately seem to be becoming the norm these days. That said, all in all a lovely hotel.

Location wise is remarkable - short distance to train station and right behind the mall and market. Room was very clean and tidy with a view. Overall, I would definitely recommend and even book myself again in the future!

The location is very nearby Gatwick Airport. Shuttle bus services are available, you may pay for a round trip fee when boarding the bus. Please do not throw away your shuttle bus receipt, the QR Code on it will be required for the next time. Breakfast and dinner are served, especially dinner until 10 pm. Bar is 24/7. The standard room is big, however the curtain for shower is somehow humid, and soundproof is not in good condition. All in all it is a good choice nearby the airport!

Great place to stay! I just left and feel kind of empty now!๐Ÿฅฒ I will definitely miss this place, it has it all! Good location, nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and above all, excellent front desk service!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ The rooms are super clean, and comfortable! They have electric heaters, TV and tea amenities ๐Ÿต The location might represent a challenge if not willing to spend 30-40 mins to get to downtown and admire the landscape! I personally loved the trips to downtown! I kinda felt like a local going to work every morning! โ˜€๏ธ I will definitely stay here with my family next time! 13/10

Located opposite the station and near grocery store and other amenities. Super friendly staff. They took my bags up to my room and offered to keep my luggage safe the day of checkout Room was a nice size. Loved the water and milk in the mini cooler and the cookies on the coffee/ tea station. No noise from the steakhouse below. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Good
MMuraliRThe hotel is in a central place and very close to the bus station and not far from the Guildford Railway station (walking distance - 12 min or so). Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only difficulty was that we had our room on the first floor and at the further end and as there were no lifts (it is a heritage building so they cannot make any changes to the structure) we had to carry our luggage upto the first floor and navigate other steps to the room. There was no other option. We did have help when we arrived but had to carry the luggage by ourselves when we left. This is, though, a very small issue as the property itself was one of the better ones we stayed during our trip. The rooms were certainly larger room than some of the other hotel rooms I have stayed in London or Guildford.
