This hotel is undergoing some major renovations so keep that in mind. When I stayed here, the room I had was not yet updated. So, like other reviewers, I shared the same experience of a tired room which could have used a lot of TLC. As the condition of the unrenovated rooms are not the fault of the staff, I would say service here is excellent. The GM, Brent is amazing and makes everyone feel welcome and cared for. If I go back to Quesnel, I would give this property another go and would be very curious to see the state of the newly renovated guest rooms.
