We enjoyed our stay with it being a short walk to La Floresta and the breakfast was good. The staff are friendly and we satisfyingly used their laundry service. The hotel is clean too. Miguel arranged our transfers too which were at good rates.

His house is really terrible. The house is damp and cold. I will freeze after staying there for one night. I booked two nights, but I didn't get a refund if I didn't stay for one night.

My child and I arrived at the hotel at nearly eight o'clock in the evening. The hotel staff was very patient. Due to the language barrier, the staff took the initiative to use their mobile phones to translate. When we left the next day, they called a taxi for us. The service was very good, and the hotel was very clean and safe.

Me and 12 colleagues stayed at Hotel Andino for 2 weeks for a Spanish immersion trip. Miguel and his staff were WONDERFUL! Breakfast every day, kindness, suggestions for local places to visit, and they took care of a colleague who got sick during our stay. I'm considering coming back with my family and having all of us stay here.

This hotel is amazing! The staff was very welcoming, and took care of every need. You can expect a very clean room, a filling breakfast, and a centralized location. In addition to the plethora of pubs and dining, the neighborhood of la floresta is 10 minutes away. The area of la floresta is filled with beautiful graffiti and ancient trees.

This is the most welcoming incredible place I have ever been to. No frills but Miguel and Mercedes welcome you with warm smiles and the best coffee I have ever had in my entire life. Miguel will stop at nothing to ensure you are comfortable and happy constantly checking on you when serving breakfast. I went away for a bit the. Came back and when I did he said ‘welcome home’ to me the hospitality here is like no other I would live here if I could.

Came here with a relatively large group at the start and end of our university trip to Ecuador, and this was definitely the best place to stay in Quito! Miguel is so wonderful, helpful, and kind we could not have asked for a better person to help us get acclimated to the area. The rooms were great and really comfortable, with a beautiful courtyard area! Breakfast in the morning was amazing and tasted so good, especially the warm bread we had. Honestly, it was the most comfortable and safe-feeling place we stayed during our whole 2 week trip through Ecuador!

Hotel Andino is a cozy, well-located hotel in Quito Ecuador that me and my peers came to find as our second home. With breakfast served every morning, incredible service, and warm smiles everywhere we went, it was an overall great experience.

es la 3ª ocasion en la que nos alojamos en el Hotel Andino, 2 ocasiones en 2021 y 1 este 2023, y SIEMPRE decimos lo mismo... VOLVEREMOS. en nuestra Expedición Ecuador 2021, De la Alcarria 🐝 Guadalajareña, a los Andes 🦅 Ecuatorianos 1ªed, nos quedo claro que al Hotel Andino volveríamos, por el encanto del mismo, la simpatía de sus dueños Don Miguel y familia, y sobre todo confianza. Necesitábamos un lugar seguro al que llegar desde España, en el cual sentirnos seguros y sobre todo en el cual descansar bien para comenzar nuestra expedición. Y volvimos a Ecuador 2 años después Nuestra Expedición Ecuador 2023, De la Alcarria 🐝 Guadalajareña, a los Andes 🦅 Ecuatorianos 2ªed, la comenzamos como no podia ser de otra manera en el Hotel Andino. De 10 una vez mas 🤗💪🏻 Don Miguel y familia, la misma habitación que entonces... Como star en casa 😍
