Stayed for one night as part of a tour group . When you arrive there is a vibrant seating area with lime green / teal decor . It looks lovely. There was a nice view from our room but we didn’t plan to spend long in it . Sadly it was downhill from there. The beds had to be the hardest we have ever slept on . There was no spare bedding that you could use to lay on. I had requested a walk in shower but had a room with a shower over the bath , maybe they don’t have rooms with just showers . There was no safe in the room . We were not informed at Reception that we would need to register our credit/ debit card if we wanted to charge anything to our room .This led to a heated exchange with a staff member in the bar , who told me the bar only accepted cash . Some customer service training is needed here. Dinner & Breakfast were included . Food was not wonderful, tables weren’t cleared between courses. Food wasn’t refilled when dishes were almost empty. Rabat looks a lovely city & there must be much better hotels than this one .

Fantastic service lovely stuff. I have stayed here many times and will always do when I come to Rabat. Noura at the restaurant is very helpful always receive us with a smile. The breakfast buffy is amazing you have all choices healthy fresh food. The reception stuff are very helpful. Thank you very much

We were part of a group trip, we had a great time, the staff is always happy to help, the hotel is near a central avenue in the city and you can go out in the evening. Breakfast is eaten on the roof facing the view of the city, the food is delicious and there are authentic desserts to finish, dinner is eaten in the small dining room on the second floor, there is no view but there is traditional and delicious Moroccan food

Lokasi hotel ini berdekatan dengan stesen dan trem bandar Rabat, sangat mudah, dan perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu baik dan bermanfaat. Tetapi tidak ada elektrik di dalam bilik, jadi saya meminta pelayan untuk menanganinya sebentar, dan elektrik terputus lagi pada waktu malam. Kami tidak menggunakan peralatan elektrik di dalam bilik dari awal hingga akhir. Pengalaman buruk. Tekanan air di tempat mandi hotel sangat bagus! Ini sangat terpuji!

chambres vieillottes, mais propres.la climatisation ne fonctionne pas du tout ou très mal: j'ai dû l'essayer dans trois chambres avant d'en avoir une qui fonctionnait à peu près (air frais faible et bruit). les fenêtres ferment mal. Mes compagnons de voyage ont fait le même constat. Petit déjeuner indigent (presque rien et pas de choix). Restaurant médiocre. Heureusement que ce n'était que pour une nuit. Cet hôtel a-t-il vraiment été un jour un 4 *?! Mêmes en ”normes locales”, j'en doute.
