We stayed here as part of a group tour to Morocco, and unfortunately, this hotel was the worst hotel that we stayed at on our trip. It seems that in Morocco there is no standardization as to what a star-rating is in hotels. Knowing that this was a 4-star hotel and having stayed at a lovely 4-star hotel in Casablanca on the previous day, we were looking forward to our stay at Belere and expecting the standards to be consistent. To our dismay, this was not the case. Our room at least was clean enough, although it was small. But our bathroom was filled with mold and didn't feel clean, and we had a weird mold-riddled tub that was difficult to get into and out of. There was no safe in our room at all. The meals there, frankly, were disappointing. Compared to the spread at the previous hotel in Casablanca, there was not a good selection of food, and the food that was served was not tasty at all. Staff in the restaurant appeared indifferent, and at times surly. The common areas adjacent to the restaurant, including the common bathroom areas were horribly dirty. The hygeine was definitely not up to any standard, and it left one wondering whether we would get sick eating the food at this hotel. And in fact, shortly after our stay here, my husband and I did come down with a case of traveller's diarrhea which only recently cleared up. The few good aspects to this hotel: The location is immediately adjacent to the Royal Palace, so is convenient from a touring perspective. The front desk staff were polite, sweet and helpful. The last positive is that when our tour arrived to the hotel after a long day of travel, we were greeted in the lobby with mint tea and yummy cookies. Unfortunately, all in all, everyone on our tour was thankful that we only had to stay one night in this hotel. We certainly would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The staff were very good about responding to inquiries by email before our arrival. The location is not bad, about 12-15 minutes walk from the train station. The room was so-so, quite noisy with poor shower and terrible aircon. The bed and linens were good, however. Breakfast was OK.

J'ai passé une semaine dans la résidence. L'appartement situait au 4e étage, avec balcon, hyper propre et confortable ! Le personnel a un vrai sens du service client, ils sont accueillants, souriants, efficaces, rien à redire !! La femme de ménage passe tous les jours, il suffit de demander à l'accueil. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, y a même une machine à laver, un mini four. C'est super bien situé, vous êtes à 7mn à pieds d'Ariba Center. Super séjour, je n'hésiterais pas à revenir !!

It would of been a much better review except for the staff, the receptionist told us upon check in that our room would be ready in a few minutes, 40 minutes later I had to approach them, than all of a sudden our room was ready, the staff that work here are not friendly at all, especially in the breakfast room they were very rude and abrupt, one staff member was so upset that we did not use a tray, we didn't see them, but he over reacted, location was horrible we were far from everything, could not figure out the transportation, taxis are not very honest, so if you want to walk everywhere not a good choice, now for the good, there is a bar on site, rooms were very nice and clean, lobby area was very nice and bright, the bartender was very friendly, close to the train station if you are taking trains, we only stayed for 2 nights, staff need to improve their people skills, your in hospitality and need a good personality

Excellent little riad just outside the Medina (under 5 minutes to the Bab Loulou gate). Extremely friendly, excellent service (Meriem arranged our airport pickup), delicious breakfast, very clean, beautifully decorated. Like most places in Morocco, not heated in winter so the room was a bit chilly, but the bedding was warm and comfortable. (One of the two rooms in our suite had a heater, but not the other one; and the heater was high up in a room with a high ceiling - more designed to be an A/C for the summer.) We had the 2-bedroom family suite, Al Mansour. The main room was a bit dark, with windows only looking out to the central courtyard, which seemed to be common in the other riads we saw as well. The second bedroom had a nice outdoor window. The bathroom was huge and beautiful, with a walk-in shower and a double jacuzzi tub. Lovely rooftop terrace. (Not much view, since it was about the same height as the other buildings nearby.) Tiling was gorgeous throughout the riad. Very reasonable prices. Neighborhood was quiet but felt safe.

CCoastal59070219092We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our Morocco trip. This Riad has about 8 or so rooms/suites and is located at the northern end of the medina (old city) of Rabat in a quiet, narrow street. It’s tucked away but straightforward to find with Google maps and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. This Riad combines the beauty of a historic building, Moorish in style, with the conveniences of a modern boutique hotel. It’s very stylish and clean. Our room had a fridge, safe, TV with some English channels, a kettle etc. Bed was good, linen, pillows and towels all high quality. WiFi worked very well and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. It’s quite ‘gadgety’, with electric blinds and buttons for lights and an iPad for something, it took me a day or so to get to grips with it all. The hotel serves a delicious traditional breakfast. There is a rooftop pool with a view across the medina which is lovely, but unheated so a bit nippy for me. There are some sun loungers and a shaded seating area. Some people may consider that this Riad has been over restored and does not offer a ‘real’ Riad experience. But this Riad has several advantages. It is much quieter than the more traditional type (which usually have no sound proofing) , is more accessible because it has a lift and doesn’t have steep narrow stairs or low doorways, and has sliding glass windows which keep biting insects out. The staff here are very kind and helpful and made a real effort to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed our 3 days here, the weather was beautiful and Rabat is a lovely clean green city. The Rabat medina is nice to walk around, much calmer than Marrakesh and comparatively easy to navigate as it’s on more of a grid pattern. The tram is a 10 minute walk away and is handy for getting around town, it’s cheap (about 50p a trip) clean, safe and reliable. Most of the local restaurants do not serve alcohol, however we found a few places that did, we can particularly recommend BazArt. A transfer to the airport cost 250 dhs and takes about 20 minutes. We would stay here again if we returned to Rabat.

The Riad is beautiful, the staff were very friendly, and our room was a relaxing escape after our tours during the hot July days. The room had its own router, so WiFi service was excellent and the room also had A/C which was needed in July. Being in the medina, it was surprisingly quiet, but yet still close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting to stay in a Riad in Rabat. It is near the edge of the medina, so you have easy access inside and outside the medina.

PPengguna TetamuBuon Riad nel cuore della Medina, pulito e ben organizzato. La struttura è molto bella ed è un angolo di pace che fa dimenticare il caos della strada. La colazione è completa e variegata e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare in caso di bisogno. Lo consiglio!

PPengguna TetamuHôtel remarquable. Bien situé avec du personnel attentif et prévenant. Belle chambre. Nous avons eu une place de parking devant l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner excellent sous forme de buffet. Nous avons pu bénéficier également du restaurant où nous avons très bien dîner. On peut également y prendre un verre, avec une ambiance jazzi et très sympa.

PPengguna Tetamuchambres vieillottes, mais propres.la climatisation ne fonctionne pas du tout ou très mal: j'ai dû l'essayer dans trois chambres avant d'en avoir une qui fonctionnait à peu près (air frais faible et bruit). les fenêtres ferment mal. Mes compagnons de voyage ont fait le même constat. Petit déjeuner indigent (presque rien et pas de choix). Restaurant médiocre. Heureusement que ce n'était que pour une nuit. Cet hôtel a-t-il vraiment été un jour un 4 *?! Mêmes en ”normes locales”, j'en doute.

PPengguna TetamuHôtel très bien situé avec une laiterie très propre et confortable. C’est la deuxième fois que nous descendons dans ce petit hôtel et nous en sommes très satisfait. Repas très copieux et varié. Je recommande vivement cet établissement! Je remercie tous le personnel de l’établissement et espère y retourner très bientôt.

Также в номере есть холодильник. Завтраки вкусные: овсяная каша, клубничный конфитюр, блинчики и оладья, ветчина и сыр, помидоры и огурцы, сок, круасаны, кофе из кофемашины. В отеле тихо, окна моего номера выходили в тихий двор.
