Stayed for one night as part of a tour group . When you arrive there is a vibrant seating area with lime green / teal decor . It looks lovely. There was a nice view from our room but we didn’t plan to spend long in it . Sadly it was downhill from there. The beds had to be the hardest we have ever slept on . There was no spare bedding that you could use to lay on. I had requested a walk in shower but had a room with a shower over the bath , maybe they don’t have rooms with just showers . There was no safe in the room . We were not informed at Reception that we would need to register our credit/ debit card if we wanted to charge anything to our room .This led to a heated exchange with a staff member in the bar , who told me the bar only accepted cash . Some customer service training is needed here. Dinner & Breakfast were included . Food was not wonderful, tables weren’t cleared between courses. Food wasn’t refilled when dishes were almost empty. Rabat looks a lovely city & there must be much better hotels than this one .

Fantastic service lovely stuff. I have stayed here many times and will always do when I come to Rabat. Noura at the restaurant is very helpful always receive us with a smile. The breakfast buffy is amazing you have all choices healthy fresh food. The reception stuff are very helpful. Thank you very much

Excellent hôtel que je recommande vivement!! Accueil chaleureux, personnel très professionnel et serviable, propreté irréprochable et restauration diversifiée et raffinée. Aussi, un grand coup de cœur pour l’emplacement qui se trouve dans l’un des quartiers les plus chics et modernes de Rabat où meilleures enseignes se jouxtent et l’an securite est toujours au rendez-vous.

The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*.

This is a small, clean, well located and well priced Riad in Rabat. The design is simple and light and the central courtyard features a nice pool. They provide an authentic Moroccan breakfast with omelettes made to order. Easy walk to bustling Medina and restaurants, but still easy to find.

il faut pousser la curiosité dans la médina pour aller surprendre au coin d'une ruelle ce petit riad Dar Zen ; une fois entré vous ne serez pas déçu bien au contraire par l'accueil plus que chaleureux de Tarik et de Fatiah ou la gentillesse incarnée . l'aménagement sobre et moderne oriental des chambres vous invite au voyage .le goût y est extrême . nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer la propriétaire , une personnalité haute en couleurs , bref un riad qui fait aimer le Maroc
