I stayed for 2 days, very clean place and professional staff. Really happy with the comfort and services

This is a good hotel, just opposite to aiims raipur. Staff is good, supportive. Rooms are clean and neat. Restaurant is good. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Located in the most prime location infront of AIIMS and rooms are neat and clean.Food is also good.enjoyed the short stay there

The receptionist was rude and very unprofessional. Demanded an extra charge equivalent to half day for early check in at 10:45am. We requested her that the flight was early and could she be a little flexible about it. What if we checkout 2 hours earlier. Will they refund us for the remainder 2 hours? after checking out receptionist gives a call regarding a missing beer car from mini bar. We had a family stay and no one is alcoholic. She blames us about missing unaccounted beer can. One of the terrible stays. I’d recommend skipping this hotel because of the receptionist and how she lacks a professional warmth.

I was in raipur for an exam and stayed here for one night. I was kinda scared because of all the negative reviews but ohh boy were they wrong! 1) location was amazing there's a gurudwara just next to the hotel, a biriyani place beside the gurdwara amd a cafe behind the hotel called "foodezz. Therefore if you you find the hotel's food menu too highly priced then you can opt for these places. 2) staff was amazing to be honest i was there with my mother alone and skeptical about our safety at first since it was our 1st time of 2 women staying alone in a hotel but to my surprise everything was safe and the staff were very helpful. Special mention for "khileshwar bhaiya" he helped us a lot with directions and anything else we needed. He is a gem! 3) if you're gonna be staying in on the 3rd floor then it might get a bit loud at night since the 4th floor is a lounge bar/restaurant but other than that everything else was fine for us. Rooms were clean and just like the pictures uploaded and no discrepancy was found!

I stayed for 2 nights. It was great experience. Room is cozy, good ac bed, clean toilet with all toiletries etc. Good food. Tasty hyege
