Guys please don't book this property. Worst service you will experience. The entire hotel has a ducting ac which never cools. You keep on complaining no one will listen. I have stayed many times but this happens every time. You can always see, many customers were shouting at the reception for the service and ac not cooling. Please don't spoil your trip and do not consider this hotel even for free. Thank you.

Good food, service. Polite staff. Centrally located easy . Station and market is nearby . I stayed for two and regularly visit here. Rates are also very nominal as compared to other nearby properties. Well maintained rooms and complementary breakfast Neha

Neha Madam has provided us excellent service, The hotel is in an excellent location and proximity to the customers and is an excellent budget category hotel with excellent food quality. Very pleasant stay and the staff behaviour is also excellent.

This hotel is very very good as a location wise it's very near to the Raipur court as well as at a ghadi chowk the room cleaning is very nice the staff is very prominent and restaurant stop is very fine that taste of food in a vegetarian is best of the food which have taken it I said we are the in third time I am very he about hotels and hygiene but I got the best food cleanliness hygiene and the location of the hotel is very fine and the star is very great specially Karan Neha mallesh Diksha all a very very good persons in a reception plus housekeeping team and restaurant all guest who is seeing my review to come and say over here and get experience with the proper hotel experience

Nice and better room in budget friendly way.nd very good rooms. Clean and hygiene washroom and excellent breakfast buffet with very tasty food nd Good variety Staff was very cooperative nd efficient..most recommended in Raipur city.punjab palace is one of the best the.staff is very kind .thanks to neha nishad ..diksha at the reception.
