Ulasan The Lurline Randwick

Stayed here only because it was near to UNSW campus where I had a week of exchange class. The other good thing is that Lurline is just across the street to the Light Rail & supermarket & stores. It’s however at the junction of a main road and you can hear the traffic, even at night. Housekeeping & reception service is inconsistent - bad one day (hardly cleaned up) then another did a a great job, especially after I left a note. One reception staff went out of her way to help me fix the tv & remote control issue. Heritage room was spacious but Toilet was small & hardly had space for me to put my things. The basin was especially small! There’s no breakfast in house but there’s a great cafe & bakery nearby which you can go check out without getting the breakfast add on with the hotel.

Nice little hotel, had been staying there twice before.  The shower had been very small and it’s leaking on the floor. Very little room otherwise

Fantastic location, directly across from tram line, beautiful building and amenities, very private while central to everything.

For those who are travelling for university or hospital. Look for other options. The location is close to hospital unsw and randwick tram. But the hotel is way too old. Sound proofing is horrendous where u can hear the traffic. Receptionist Is friendly and lovely but there is no support staff to support the cleaning. Soap remain empty for 4 days. The manhole outside is so loud everytime a vehicle drives over it. Room power point is so poorly place that you have problem charging your phone.

The fridge was not working. And there is no option of late checkout..

This is the second time I have stayed at the Lurline and it is always so clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and the premises are beautiful. My only one dislike is the tiny tiny size of the bathrooms. Way too small! Otherwise will definitely book again.

Great location very close to the hospital which is why we stayed there. Little bit of noise from the next room talking.

Everything was lovely except for the extremely loud noise that kept waking me up all night. Maybe water hammer or plumbing issues.

We were in a room next to the kitchen area which was busy and noisey. The room we were in, whilst nice, doesn’t air out much so was very musty.

Just excellent stat . Reception girl so good and helpful

Although we didn’t need to, there was use of kitchen and laundry which is handy on long trips

Well renovated in classic old lodgings good value for this area

Toilet too small, and floor is too wet after shower

Beautiful, clean, cosy and close to centennial park for events!
