1. No smart tv to connect Netflix own 2. Doesn't have a small fridge in the room for personal. Currently due to the covid this should be provided. 3. Staff are in their own world.. 4. I have requested to buy by my own a Smart tv which I offered I'll pay and let them install, but they were not bothered. 5. Rooms are good but their cleaning services not that great. 6.All day complimentary is only from 7am -10pm besides water. Some grammar correction required. I am a normal person which don't like or bother to complain.. but currently I think there are many booking for this Blu monkey and you know , just not bothered. Currently my locker, no smart tv , no laundry and it's sad for this extreme disappoinment Please do advise Trip.com 🙏❤️

Affordable price with very good hospitality and cleanliness. If travellers loved to stay a few day or long term travelling. I would recommend with the most reasonable cost of efficiency. Of course, see you next trip for sure.

A very nice stay. The Sook Hotel style is modern Scandi chic mixed with Thai mixed with quirky bits. A pleasant combination. It's in a quiet yet central location. Off the main street, so not much noise, but right in town and close to restaurants, bars and sights. The hotel is light, airy, clean and modern. Lots of white walls and light wood. Big, comfortable room with large TV, fridge, tea & coffee, and good work space. Decent pool which is *just* big enough to swim laps ... as long as nobody else is in there! Breakfast is OK, though not much choice. A nice semi-outdoor communal eating area. There's free tea, coffee and biccies all day. The staff is very nice and friendly.

We had a wonderful late lunch here upon arrival to Ranong. The staff were very attentive offering suggestions for drinking bid and meals. We ordered a 4 cheese pizza, Tom yum and chicken stir fry. All were of a high standard. The decor is modern and inviting. Air conditioning made for comfortable dining. Would come here again.

Best in Ranong, Hotel is very beautiful, good location & near sightseeing place. Clean & big room and perfect designed. The price is so cheap compare to other nearby hotel. Staff is so kind and good service mind. if anytime travel in Ranong , I must stay in this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at The Iconic Hotel for 2 nights. We were in Ranong for a diving trip, had to spend one day there before getting on our liveaboard and another day at the end of the trip before flying back to Bangkok. Had no big expectations for this place. We just needed an affordable location to spend the night. It turned out to be the perfect one. Extremely clean rooms, spacious, tall ceilings, modern furniture and bathrooms. HUGE and tasty breakfast. The most service minded staff we met in a long, long while! Try the cashew nuts they sell at the coffee shop near the front desk (by the way, they serve great coffee and tea too...), we bought 5 bags after trying the first one. The hotel is located downtown, within 5 minutes from the night market. Which translates in great street food, fruit, sweets, you name it. Thank you one more time to all the staff for all the help. Die Zimmer sind super stylisch und ordentlich sauber. Das Bett ist groß und sehr gemütlich, das Badezimmer ist okay und die Klimaanlage ist angenehm ruhig. Nervig und laut, bis mitten in die Nacht, ist die Roopftop-Bar und die Bar gleich nebenan. Das Wasser im Rooftop-Pool ist ziemlich trübe, es gibt keine Liegen, lediglich einige wenige Tische. Der Preis des Hotels ist im Internet deutlich preiswerter, als vor Ort. Ich habe bei meiner Online-Buchung 350 Baht/Nacht gespart.

We absolutely loved this place - it really is something special. The island itself is amazing due to how quiet and simple it is and so it makes everything about Phayamas feel all the more luxurious. After days spent exploring the island it was the perfect retreat to come back to for amazing service, really excellent food and A/C! The pool is a real bonus too. Katie did all our transfer arrangements for us, nothing is too much to ask. I just hope I can return one day - thank you!
