Hotel Dengan Pools di Selangor, Malaysia

New option in the city and the price is extremely good! Can’t complain for the price paid. If there’s anything that could be improved, I hope that housekeeping service to be provided at least once or twice for the 9 nights I stayed. More bottled water would be great too (only 4 bottles for a 2 bedroom unit for 9 nights)!

This my second time booking via this host. But this our first time choose this room types. Kalini kami dpt bilik di level 38. nice sbb 1 level ja nak pergi pool. Pool mossaz dia ada bahagian kids, tp kalau book dkt paxtonz situ takda pool yg kanak2. Tapi bilik yg ni ada banyak sgt lipas kecik2 dan cadar ada stain. di toilet dan tgh2 bilik mmg ada banyak lipas merayap.👎🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 Last sekali saya siram air utk yg di toilet dan penyet guna tisu utk di bilik tidur. ada dlm 6-7 ekor lipas yg saya hapuskan 😬 Request dkt customer service kalau boleh spray kan lipas2 tu dgn ridsect etc. tp tak boleh. sebab diorg takda pun alat2 tu. tapi mereka tolong tukarkan cadar dgn cadar yg baru. kalau nak request extra pillow ada extra charge. sblm ni book dgn host lain dpt extra pillow without any charge. jadi mcm terkejut sikit. btw 2nd day i request to change towel, floor mat and trash bag, i get it. 👍

Very new apartment building. Well furnished with mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, microwaved, induction cooker, pots & utensils etc. Bed was comfy, room was clean. There is shampoo & body wash but no hand wash. Aircon & fan works well too. There is a convenience store just beside the lobby Only down side is that the location is very new so its not that searchable on Google map. So grab drivers who use external GPS instead of the grab GPS will have difficulty finding the pick up point.

1st time stay area Petaling Jaya. Great experience for me. Thank you Mossaz team, provide every details information and make me feel easier stay here and feel like home. Just have to enjoy the lift moment, overall i am satisfied and want to come back again. Yes in toilet, other review told that no hanging wall.. But for me, i put towel behind the mirror there have space to put things there. Hair dryer, iron and board is provided. I am impress because kitchen station have dishwash and and other tools. If you guys want stay here for long days, there have Bila-bila Mart below near reception. There so much plenty of things sell there and i am enjoying look every row at the mart 😂 Clean, tidy, spacious room. For parking, it is just RM6 per day and very affordable. For grab food or car, pick up at level B3. Last but not least, the beautiful flower wall is at level 39. Near gym and swimming pool.

2nd time book sini, this round dapat Suite Tower. Honestly, the vibe tak sama macam bilik kat main building — terasa a bit off sebab tower ni macam terpisah and the building pun nampak kurang terjaga. Aircond kat corridor bunyi betul-betul depan pintu, so kalau nak rasa peace memang susah. Suite memang ada kelengkapan dapur — induction & hood semua lengkap — tapi tak ada pinggan, pan, apa pun untuk masak, so macam… deco je lah 😂 maybe letak microwave pun ok lagi. Win dia cuma room space luas & service. But kalau dapat bilik facing kawasan logistik sebelah, jangan harap ketenangan… bunyi ada, cuma view je okay sikit. Overall, still okay but definitely not the same vibe as main building.

It was a great experience staying here. At first, my room had a small issue with the air conditioning. The issue has been solved promptly. The view was spectacular. Surely, will come back again Only one area for improvement, breakfast served too decent and limited.

An excellent 5-star stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City! From the warm welcome and signature cookies at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, everything was top-notch. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to i-City Theme Park and a nearby mall, making it easy to enjoy the area’s attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Shah Alam.

Good to see an older hotel with refreshed and renovated rooms and a modernised lobby. The stay was comfortable overall. The food needs improvement. Breakfast was mediocre with limited variety. No fresh fruit juices served. I ordered the club sandwich and their so-called famous char koay teow for a 10pm dinner. Both were very bad. I also attended an event on Friday, 14 November at the main ballroom. The food served there was horrendous. The hotel has strong potential with its upgraded rooms. You need to improve the quality and consistency of the food across all outlets and events.

Stayed 2 nights here for a competition held at KSL Mall. The check-in process was very helpful and fast. Room is cosy and comfortable with room WiFi. The hotel is attached to the mall... So it is very convenient and with ample parking. House keeping was quite efficient too. Returned to my room in late noon with a tidy bed and cleaned up room. Breakfast wise, choices were quite good. Fusion buffet breakfast. Last but not least, there is a 24 hours 7 Eleven convenience store near the hotel lobby

The room isn't huge, but the building is quite new. It has a gym and a pool, and there's a big shopping mall less than 1 km away with plenty of Chinese restaurants. Plus, there's a park nearby, which is great for exercise. So, the value for money is absolutely excellent! However, since it's an apartment hotel, there aren't many services; everything is handled via WeChat. It's best if you can understand a bit of English, otherwise, it might be a bit challenging.
