Saya mempunyai penginapan yang menyenangkan bilik itu serba lengkap dan selesa, dengan semua yang saya perlukan. Ia benar-benar terasa seperti di rumah. Satu-satunya kelemahan kecil ialah kalis bunyi boleh dipertingkatkan dan semasa waktu puncak, masa menunggu lif agak lama. Tiada parking percuma btw. Secara keseluruhan, masih merupakan pengalaman yang sangat memuaskan dan selesa.

Bantalnya terlalu lembut. Pengering rambut dipasang di bilik mandi, yang mana satu akan mengambil lebih banyak masa di bilik mandi manakala yang lain perlu menunggu untuk menggunakan bilik mandi. Lokasinya bagus kerana hanya jarak berjalan kaki ke 1 Utama. Pusingan pertama barang bar mini adalah percuma. Itu satu kelebihan. Tempat letak kereta di L2 tidak direka bentuk dengan baik. Jalan keluar sempit dan L2 tidak dihubungkan dengan L3 dan ke atas. Jika L2 penuh, seseorang perlu keluar dan masuk semula untuk memandu terus ke L3 dan ke atas. Itu reka bentuk yang sangat buruk.
Bilik saya dinaik taraf kepada unit 2 bilik tidur. Ia kelihatan bersih dan bagus. Tapi... saya disambut oleh 2 ekor lipas kecil dan terdapat beberapa labah-labah di sudut bilik. Katil itu kelihatan bersih tetapi saya merasakan ia mempunyai hama habuk, kerana kaki saya berasa gatal. Lagipun bantal tu agak berbau.
Kipas ekzos bilik mandi mungkin mempunyai beberapa masalah, bunyinya agak kuat.
Pintu masuk tempat letak kereta tidak mudah didapati terutamanya pada waktu malam. Harap mereka dapat menambah papan tanda yang lebih jelas.
Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal jika pihak pengurusan dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini.
Stay sini sebab nak grounding baby dkt pantai tipu2 tu.. pantai/kolam dia okay la, tk bersih sngt tk kotor sngt... bad experince pasal toilet bilik floor trap sumbat ye.. bila air bertakung bau busuk satu bilik. ada nmpk lipas juga yee bila air dh bertakung tu. call receptionist minta tukar bilik dia kata tkpe dia try panggil staf pump dulu floor trap.. bila staf datang pump tu okay la skjp.. after that saya mandi still sama je. even wife pun kata sama je tersumbat.. btw wife (asst engineer) dan saya degree civil engineer.. so kami ada la knowledge psal toilet terseumbat tu....Breakfast tak bnyk pilihan roti canai pun keras.. will come back again? for sure NOPE.. overall stay 4/10

Ia seperti satu demi satu bekas. Kalis bunyi tidak begitu baik. Tetapi ia sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang dan hotel menyediakan bas ulang-alik. Sikap perkhidmatan sangat baik. Kakitangan perkhidmatan semuanya sangat baik. Ambil inisiatif untuk bertanya pada pukul berapa penerbangan menyediakan perkhidmatan bas. Kebersihan bilik adalah sederhana. Tetapi sebagai hotel peralihan, pertama sekali, ia murah, kedua, ia mempunyai lokasi yang baik, dan akhirnya, perkhidmatannya sangat baik, dan kekurangan kecil lain boleh diabaikan. Akhirnya kolam renang bersih. sangat bagus.
Pertama kali saya menginap di Hilton group. Hotel masih lagi baru..jadi perabot dll masih lagi baru. Apa yg sangat menarik ialah bathroom. Terlalu banyak tuala disediakan. Bilik saya riada bath tab..kalaj ada lagi menarik. Makanan memang superb. Saya tambah rm38nseorang untuk anak berumur 6 tahun dan ke atas. Banyak pilihan dan ada mesin kopi. Boleh buat lagge sebanyak mana anda mahukan. Dimsum sangat sedap. Kolam renang pula agak strict, lelaki tak boleh masuk ke kolam dengan memakai tshirt. Tshirt hendaklah dibuka ya

The Location is convenient. The tea itself has a lot of restaurants available and shopping mall. Good area for layover.
The room is also clean. Price is good.
Saya telah datang ke sini beberapa kali dan penginapannya bagus. Tetapi, satu-satunya keburukan ialah masa menunggu untuk lif adalah sangat lama. Jadi, jika anda akan tinggal bersama beberapa keluarga mungkin boleh pertimbangkan semula, tetapi jika tiada masalah untuk menunggu lebih lama tidak mengapa. Ambil masa 15-20 minit untuk turun. Selain itu, boleh pertimbangkan untuk menggunakan beg tangan dan beg belakang berbanding bagasi besar kerana ia akan mengambil masa yang lebih lama untuk menaiki lif kerana keadaan biasa sentiasa sesak dengan orang ramai. Jika anda kekal di aras rendah dan tidak datang bersama kanak-kanak/orang tua) mungkin tahap 5 dan ke bawah, boleh pertimbangkan untuk menaiki tangga untuk mengelak menunggu. Tetapi dari segi kebersihan dan semua, saya tidak mempunyai masalah.
Bilik itu baru dan kemas, sepadan dengan gambar. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah lantai kelihatan tidak dicuci; kaki anda akan kotor jika anda berjalan tanpa alas kaki. Selain itu, semua yang lain adalah hebat. Lokasinya tidak begitu mudah, tetapi terdapat sebuah pasar raya kecil di tingkat bawah. Terdapat tempat letak kereta dalaman yang disediakan untuk mereka yang mempunyai kereta, yang agak mudah. Untuk harga ini, ia adalah tawaran yang hebat untuk menyewa apartmen seperti ini.

GGuest UserI am writing to provide serious negative feedback regarding the conduct and unhelpfulness of your Assitant Front Office Managerduring my recent stay on 16/12/2025-18/12/2025 for 3 rooms.
I have stayed in this hotel since the official opening and enjoyed most of my stays here. My local associate will always made the bookings to save my hassles until July this year.
I have also met many excellent staff all these years in this hotel but not this trip.
My experience was defined by a profound lack of assistance at a critical moment, which significantly diminished my impression of the hotel.
The core issues were as follows:
Refusal to Assist with a Reasonable Upgrade Request:
· The Situation: Upon check-in, I politely inquired about the possibility of an upgrade due to the assigned rooms are at the far corner of the building and need a squarish room to add an extra bed.
The Front Office Manager dismissed the inquiry immediately with a flat ”no,” stating room types are fixed at booking. If I want a suarish room, I need to upgrade and pay an additional of Rm50 per day. There was no effort done but simply ask for additional fee to change the room type and Rm120 for an additional bed after the change.
The tone was dismissive and transactional, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest seeking to enhance my stay. This contradicts basic hospitality principles of exploring possibilities to delight guests.
There was a discrepancy in my booking details made through online. I requested the front office contact to clarify and resolve the issue, as they had the contract and authority.The assistant manager outright refused, stating it was ”my responsibility” to contact the agency myself. This is a fundamental failure in service. A key role of the front office is to act as a liaison and problem-solver for the guest. By refusing to make a simple professional call to a partner agency, the manager shifted all burden onto me, wasted my time during my vacation, and demonstrated a shocking lack of initiative and guest advocacy. It amplified a minor issue into a major frustration.
This was not a minor service lapse; it was a failure of core front-office leadership functions: empowerment, problem-solving, and guest advocacy. The manager displayed a rigid, unaccommodating attitude focused on policy enforcement over guest satisfaction. Instead of being the ultimate solution-provider for the front desk team, the manager became a roadblock.
After all the hassles, I requested my friend to book an additional room and pay around Rm480 instead of wasting my time with the unprofessional “executive”. To my surprise, the room is squarish instead of semi rounded as what the Asst Front office manager claimed earlier.
On our check out day on 8/12/2026, my guest return their keys at the front desk but was told that there is any outstanding amount of around rm480 to be paid. This cause frustrations to my guest and embarrassment to me greatly.
When I clarified with the front desk personally after receiving a call from my guest, I was told was their mistake as they have overlooked something after some checks.
I expect this feedback to be formally addressed. The Front Office Manager requires:
1. Retraining in empathetic service recovery, upselling techniques, and the proper handling of third-party bookings.
2. Clarification of Authority: Managers must be empowered (and expect to use that empowerment) to make exceptions, make phone calls, and find solutions within reasonable limits.
3. A Shift in Mindset: From gatekeeper of policies to enabler of positive guest experiences.
I expect a formal response from hotel management regarding the steps taken to address this serious service failure.
TTinyDreamer92I had a very decent stay this round. Room was still clean and this time we did not have to wait for long at the hotel lobby (also we checked in fairly late at night this time). We love that this room came with a proper vanity/work desk that hub could still work during our staycation. The toilet was also clean and spacious.
The pool was quite empty, thus it was really nice to swim in during the morning Unfortunately, the treadmills at the gym were pretty rundown.
Buffet breakfast was relatively quiet compared to our last staycation here because it was puasa month. I am really surprised that there were plenty of choices still and the staffs also top up when certain food ran out.
The location was perfect if your hangout places are in Pj. It’s close to almost everywhere — KD, Ara Damansara, One U etc. Definitely a hotel to come back again ❤️

The room was spotlessly clean, and the environment was quiet and elegant, making it ideal for both work and relaxation. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and any requests were handled super promptly. The hotel facilities are also excellent; both the pool and fitness areas are very well-maintained. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!

Great pillows. I received a chocolate cake with a birthday wish as my birthday falls in January. That was touching!
The only hiccup was the housekeeping which didn’t top up the tea bags. I called at 8am, they acknowledged but no one came until it’s time for me to check out at 1pm.
Overall, I had a good stay.
AAng.LinSecond time stay within a month. Convenient to check in as reception is at the lobby. Just be prepared with RM200 cash for deposit. Vehicle parking is also easy - RM2 for 3 hours and RM6 for whole day.
Apartment with a view. It is comfortable with fresh bedsheets and towels. Toiletries provided.
