My family and I recently stayed at your beautiful hotel during the Chinese New Year, and I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible experience we had. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and your hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way. The hotel itself is stunning, with its breathtaking surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the private pool was simply amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well. The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival. This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot wait to return to your hotel in the future. Thank you once again for making our Chinese New Year celebration so extraordinary. We arrived early and from the second we drove in until the moment we left, we were extremely happy with the service. Because of our flight we arrived at 9 am so our room wasn’t ready so we did pay to upgrade (Al Sarab tented villa with pool) which was worth it but the butler service was poor. It was meant to be have their WhatsApp and they service you, but no responses or late replies for like an hour. Overall, it’s ok because we could still call using the phone but it was just an expectation that they set but couldn’t deliver. View was good, bonfire was great place to sit a have a drink, pool was heated, room was clean.

It was an unforgettable experience in one of the best villas in this hotel. Everything was thought out at the highest level, every detail. Tomorrow includes several dishes from different cuisines. It was very great. And I think that I will come back here more than once. If you want to immerse yourself in atmosphere, luxury, comfort and privacy, then this is the hotel. Exactly what you need. Ideal for a romantic time, If you want to surprise your other half. Be sure to purchase a visit to one of the villas. You will be able to enjoy the animals that will approach you while you are lying in the pool. The forest spa was really nice dont miss it.

Service is world class. We felt so taken care of by the service crew at the hotel restaruants and other people.

Loved it!! I stayed too short so i will definitely go back!!! You can see exotic birds, gazels, oryx, horses, camels. Children will be delighted :) The breakfast options werent too wide probably because there arent many guests on september, but the hotel provides delicious coconut coffee yum

The room was big and affordable and the service was good and there and a lot of sheep like animals the desert was very big

It was such a nice experience in desert! All staff are very nice and friendly here. Especially Ahmed Karin who guided us towards the adventure centre is really a bonus to our trip. He's so nice to our family and our kids enjoyed his introduction of the animals very much. We really appreciate his service and this resort experience in UAE!

記錄一下這兩天的活動以及可愛到處閑逛的羚羊們，他們膽小又好奇，與人類保持距離，是這裏真正的主人。麗思沙漠🏜️酒店很好融合了人與自然，親近但不破壞，一生中的美好時光。酒店這幾天在kaheela餐廳開設了BBQ自助晚餐，特別為中國新年而開。大年夜去體驗了一把，各種甜品很美味哦😋，烤魚、烤肉、烤蝦、烤蔬菜等都很好吃😋，配上各種醬，美美過了一個大年夜。

超級棒的體驗，小朋友尖叫連連。杜拜市區開過來1個小時，路很好走。 一下車就有熱情的工作人員上前，他們所有的工作人員都是發自內心對客人，有求必應，並且都想讓你在那裡有愉快體驗的感覺。 房型很好，大，尤其洗手間豪氣，晚上睡覺會給小朋友鋪沙發床，沙發床也是雙人可睡。 下午送的小點心也很漂亮很好吃，還有晚安巧克力。 泳池是恆温的，小朋友就泡在泳池裡看來來往往的小動物。 免費提供自行車，還匹配小朋友相應的車型，動物真的很多，很和諧。看了貓頭鷹表演，很贊，會讓每個人都體驗到。沙漠裏的夕陽超級美。我們一大早又去騎了駱駝，工作人員也超級nice。 晚餐我們在用早餐的餐廳吃的，據説農村那家會更好吃。 我想以後有機會一定還要來住兩天

1、酒店在拉斯海馬那裡了，距離杜拜1個多小時的車程，要走一段沙漠的路程； 2、酒店的服務很熱情，大堂那裡有酒店活動介紹，掃二維碼看有哪些活動，可以跟酒店前台預訂活動； 3、酒店裡麪的活動有獵鷹，騎自行車、騎駱駝、騎馬、喂羚羊、看星、夜遊沙漠、捕魚，春節期間還有放孔明燈 4、如果是打車到的酒店，從酒店走，叫車不方便，可以讓酒店協助叫車，我從酒店叫車直接去了阿布扎比的亞斯島希爾頓，900左右的迪拉姆； 5、酒店的餐廳還不錯； 6、早餐中西式都有的，能符合中國胃； 7、游泳池的水是加熱過得，即使晚上沙漠降温，不影響游泳；

酒店的活動非常豐富，區域非常廣闊，第一天入住有參觀整個酒店的tour，司機小哥介紹的非常詳細，包括酒店的設施玩樂動物種類。來之前就想參加wildlife feeding，結果因為小朋友沒有滿4歲不能參加，有些遺憾。farmhouse的晚餐非常好吃，性價比很高
