The hotel was recently renovated, the lobby is nice with the stuff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for a 4 star hotel and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has a dependency in the nearby Banya village where several pools with thermal water at temperatures between 28 and 39 °C can be used free of charge by the hotel guests. The suites are spacious enough and can accommodate families with up to four children. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of dishes of the national and international cuisine, a huge salad bar, desserts, fruit and vegetables. The opening hours are long enough for all visitors and there is enough of everything everytime so one doesn't need to hurry to get his favourite dish. The staff is very kind and client oriented. All requests are satisfied within a few minutes, no matter at what time of the day or night. I can only conclude with my children's now and then asking ”When are we going again to this great five-star hotel in Bansko?”
