"My friend and I visited this hotel for the first time on New Year’s Eve 2026, and we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The rooms were cosy and very clean, the steam bath and sauna were excellent, and the food was abundant, diverse, and genuinely tasty. However, the real strength of this place is its staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, not only professionally trained and polite, but also sincerely warm and attentive toward the guests. I was particularly impressed by the way the hotel manager handled an unpleasant situation involving a family with two very young children who had unknowingly booked through a fake travel agency and arrived without a valid reservation. She not only found a solution but treated the family with remarkable care and empathy, as if they were close friends. It was clear that she has the ability to make every guest feel special and truly looked after. Every request we made was met with personal attention. Before our arrival, we casually mentioned by phone that we would need an electric kettle, and without any further reminder, it was already waiting for us in the room. We were also offered free transport to and from Bansko on New Year’s Eve, whenever we wished. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the human connection: the relationships between staff and guests create a friendly, family-like atmosphere in which you feel comfortable, genuinely welcomed, and warmly accepted — an atmosphere that makes you want to return again. "We checked in on Oct 8,2025. The hotel photos, especially in the room, are misleading. On the hardware, the apartment rooms are the most ridiculous I have seen in hotels ie that the space is very large for living, corridors and bedroom but the toilet and totle wash basin is the most insane- see photo where the basin os tiny and sandwish in an indent that is about 18 inches amd shower cubicle of 2ft by 2ft. How can one possible use the wash basis ? Futher, externally, was cold at 4C and windy. Outside cold air seeps thru into the apartment. Also,we experienced the power/ electrical black out 2 times in just a one night stay and seem the electirical load fsctor is insufficent!! On the practical use of the apartment, there is NO rubbish bin, no paper tissue, and the bedroom door could not close as the bed plus side table protrudue u to the door!!. The curtain cannot be drawn too. The F&B could not get us a simple takeaway breakfast as we had to leave early, and the ealiest they could make was 7.30am when the restaurant opens at 8am. The packed breakfast was sandwiches, whole fruits, and a bottle of water, which can be done during dinner time the day before However, the night receptionist named Salih was very helpful and helped us with these and go out of way to make it easier for our one night stay. In summany, staff was great but the hardware and management of the rooms was not acceptable. I will NOT recommend anyone to stay unless they are fine with sucu conditions"

"We stayed 7 nights as a four member family, overnighting with breakfast, and we were very satisfied with hotel. Food was really nice, many choices for breakfast, and dinner with a special offer was great. Hotel has a great location and space just in front of it for play, so kids enjoy it. Hygiene at the spa could be better, but we didn’t spend too much time there, so no big deal. And the girl at the reception should be more willing to help, because on almost every our question their answer were - I don’t know ☺️ but whole in whole - we had a great time at hotel and Bansko too…our recommendation!"

"I can say we are happy with our stay here. Rooms are clean, bathroom is also clean. We stayed in family appartment with balcony and nice view to the mountain. Swimming pool inside the hotel is clean, not very small, there are two baby/kids pools. Sauna is a bit small, but good. Food is normal, delicious and good quality. Staff is friendly and cooperative. To wrap up I would say good quality for reasonable prices."

"Have just returned from a golf break at Pirin, we were a group of four and our trip was organised through Your Golf Travel. Transfers to/from Sofia Airport are via the hotel's own shuttle, look for the driver holding a "Pirin Golf" sign. The drive from the airport takes about 2 hours so factor that into your overall travel time. At the hotel we were checked in smoothly, given a plan of the resort and a sheet detailing the various restaurants and their opening times. Our rooms were clean and had all the facilities you'd expect e.g. tv, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, safe and a minibar (not included in the all-inclusive package). There is also a coffee machine which is complimentary. The bathroom was large with wc, bidet, jacuzzi bath with shower over the bath. I would point out that the step into the bath is quite high and would probably be an issue for anyone with mobility problems. Personally I would prefer a walk in shower. In your room you'll find two bottles of water, these are complimentary but are not replaced during your stay, seemed a bit mean to us. Rooms are made up every day but not cleaned as far as I could tell, used towels are replaced daily. My room was 102 in the main part of the hotel. Noise from the bar next to reception was intrusive but did not go on beyond 11.30ish. Take earplugs if you like an early night. Otherwise ask for a room ending in 12 and above which would be in the wing on the other side of reception. Breakfast is in the Euro Kitchen and there's plenty of choice of hot and cold food. We had lunch each day at the golf clubhouse which was perfect for a light snack. There are several choices of restaurant but make sure you fully understand how the system works if you're on an all-inclusive package. We ate in The Octopus restaurant one evening, the food was excellent but the service wasn't great. Note that there are no physical menus, everything us done by scanning a QR code. All other evenings we ate in the Euro Kitchen, the buffet was plentiful and varied, we never struggled to find something to suit our varied palates and we ate well throughout our stay. We had no issues with the all-inclusive drinks package, the local beer and wine is good and my G&Ts were made with Gordon's. The golf course is an absolute joy. The were some wet/muddy patches but we were early in the season so that was not unexpected. Otherwise the course was in good condition and very playable. But it's the views that really make this course so special! The beautiful snow capped mountains offer such an amazing backdrop for your game. Its a tough walking course so consider booking buggies. The only bugbear I have with the course is the 12th hole. Its a ridiculous dog leg which almost double backs on itself. This hole, along with the 10th. 11th, 13th & 14th were not part of the original Woosnam layout but were intended as academy/practice holes. The 12th needs a serious rethink in my opinion, it really does detract from the quality of the rest "

The swimming pool, wellness center, and gym are definite highlights and add to the overall experience! 🏊‍♀️🧖‍♂️💪 One of the best surprises was the massage service—absolutely amazing! 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ If you’re looking to unwind, booking a massage here is a must. For an additional fee, you can enjoy the on-site restaurant, and there’s also the convenience of doing laundry with access to a dryer. 🧺 A shuttle bus runs daily to and from the ski area, making it easy to hit the slopes. 🎿 The surrounding area is perfect for a nice walk, and for small essentials, there’s a mini-market on-site. Larger supermarkets are just a 5-minute drive away, offering everything you might need. 🛒 All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back! 🌿✨"
