A good hotel if you need to stay in Red Deer. Rooms were clean, lobby lounge is a nice place to relax, food is pretty decent and not overpriced. Staff were very accommodating and professional. They went the extra mile to secure a last minute dinner reservation for a party of 14. There were some noise issues on lower floors (according to some others in our group) but our floor was blissfully quiet (save the noise from the elevators). Overall a good stay!

Great friendly service from immediate walk on check on throughout the stay and check out. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated. All in all great value! Spent 10nights here, staff very friendly and helpful. Our fridge didn't work but we were given a new one the same day. Bed was clean and comfortable, while the room was of an acceptable cleanliness. Water was really hot with towels and toilettries beingregularly changed.Breakfast was great, plenty of unlimited options. We had to extend our original stay and it was arranged with no issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
