Brownstone Colonial Inn

This B & B is outstanding!. The owners are a wonderful couple who take pride in their home. Brenda's homemade breakfasts were plentiful and delicious and the afternoon snack was an unexpected bonus. The every rooms super clean and welcoming. The landscaping was manicured to perfection. Brownstone Colonial Inn Is top notch and highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The Inn is gorgeous, and Brenda the proprietor does an amazing job of making you feel like you are home. The location is fantastic, as you are nestled in the beautiful Pennsylvania countryside, with all the amazing offerings of Lancaster just a few minutes away. But one of the highlights of staying at this timeless Inn is Brenda’s cooking. Her food was amazing. My family can’t wait to go back to this lovely place.

We had a great time! Highly recommend this B&B to anyone going to this area. Owners were great. Been in the business for 25 years. Really enjoyed the farm fresh scapple that she bartered from a local farmer. Very historical home. Couple of minutes outside of Adamstown but definitely worth the drive. -Mark and Jessie

Brenda and Mark are super innkeepers. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The breakfasts were top shelf. The Inn was impeccable and super clean. We will definitely be going back to stay with the Millers.

First, Brenda and Mark are wonderful hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Brenda shared plenty of tips about area attractions. The inn itself is cozy and homey. This was our first stay at a B&B and we definitely enjoyed it. Lastly, the breakfast was really delicious and plentiful. Thank you Brenda and Mark for such an enjoyable stay.

My husband and I went for Thanksgiving weekend which was our 21st anniversary. The moment we showed up, Brenda met us at our car to greet us and ask if she could help. She spent time getting to know us and give us a tour. The room was so cozy. We stayed in Grandma's room. Breakfasts were amazing!! Brenda uses fresh, homegrown ingredients when possible. We really felt like members of the family. We met some really nice people. When we got home, I almost immediately booked another stay. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

The time there was relaxing, warm rooms, all was in antiques or Lancaster heritage. the food was prepared well, all was quite appealing, always warm cookies and hot tea or coffee. The host is quite compassionate and is there to make the weekend pleasant and assist in anything one would need. Great get away from work and life concerns.

My husband and I were truly blessed to have found this outstanding Inn. We were greeted by Brenda with a warm welcome and felt like we were visiting an old dear friend. The Inn for us was a step back into time with beautifully appointed rooms and lovely decor throughout. Our room exceeded all expectations with period furniture that graced a cozy, immaculate, and comfortable atmosphere.Breakfasts were to die for with down home cooking and generous portions. No need to have lunch afterwards! Fellowship around the table remains a memorable experience for us. Brenda and her husband Mark are truly one of a kind innkeepers who go above and beyond to please. A never to be missed experience. We’ll certainly be back!

We had a lovely experience at the Brownstone Colonial Inn. This is a beautiful historic building in rural Lancaster County. It is quiet and relaxing and the hostess is lovely. The food is delicious and the rooms are clean and lovely.
