Servo ing and ambiance of hotel is very good. Behavior of staff is excellent. Checkout timing should be 11 am instead of 9am like others.

Hotel service was not good, i was aligned to get a deluxe ac room but the room was small and they didn't provide me the water and half of the time they didn't provide the breakfast when i asked they denied and one day they given me the breakfast in the breakfast in puri i found a thread in it i informed the hotel also and i have a video also. The hotel looks good from the outside but inside poor. Two of my friend came to drop me and stayed for some hour, they didn't stay for night the manager asked me money and i have paid also for that but they didn't give me the bill rest housekeeping members were good they were helpful to me

It's a very bad things is bathroom door is not working and outside shouting is very high. Food is average good but price is very high.

I must say food at this hotel was awesome! thar prices were also decent enough. Some part of the hotel was under construction but overall the my experience was nice. The hotel is situated at the nah-6 highway so sambalpur city will be at least 3 km away from the hotel. Only option of food will be hotel's own restaurant. Rooms are also of decent size and they are quiet spacious and clean.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s adjacent to highway. People travelling through highway will find convenient. Apart from this rest all are terrible. Rooms are not clean. Actual room doesn’t match with the mmt photos. Washroom is not tidy. Service is nearly not available.

It's a worst experience in my life becoz 1. Rooms are not clean. 2. They have only 4 puri and sabji in your complimentary breakfast if i want tea or more anything i have to pay extra. I have never experienced like this before

The connectivity was excellent, ensuring seamless communication. However, considering the price of the room per night, i was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room; and i found the price of the food on higher side. Only outside looks good
