Ulasan Le Saint-Antoine Hotel Spa, BW Premier Collection

Very pleasant stay at the hotel, the room is lovely and clean. The parking is extremely safe and secure. The service by a man named Christof was excellent. Our only issue was the TV not working properly, but overall we had a great stay.

Super location, with spacious rooms and clean bathroom.

Good hôtel, fast check in. Welcoming staff at the front desk. Rooms are nice. Cleanliness quite good, but could be improve (dirt in some places). Bottle of water half empty in the fridge. Hammam was cold. Jacuzzi was at a good temperature but too much chlore and bubble that hurt the eyes.

The hotel is very centrally located. The spa is not up to par with what is expected. The water temperature is very cold and the facilities are usually turned off. There are many towels to collect. The room is comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located - between the train station and the old town. Everything is within walking distance. Clean and everything is convenient. We stayed for two nights. I recommend it.

I didn’t have high expectations when I booked this price in France. Fairly good It’s a good choice as a transit hotel

The hotel is a few hundred meters away from the train station and can be reached on foot. The hotel's front desk staff are very enthusiastic about solving guests' needs or questions, which makes them feel comfortable. Although the breakfast provided by the hotel does not have many varieties, the quality is good, reaching 85 points. The hotel room is not large in size. The so-called designer hotel actually just uses the space to the extreme.

The French hotel’s behavior of randomly deducting tax after collecting the deposit has really come to an end. We booked two rooms, and this time we were still overcharged for tax. Although Ctrip refunded the money, it was not a lot of money, but the hotel is so mean. What you do really affects your mood
