Hotel Rennes dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Nice location between city center and train station. Respectful for the nature with a bird sing and nice garden. Friendry staff and nice buffet court.

We were on our way back from the Brittany coast and we stopped in Rennes for one night, staying at the Balthazar. Hotel was a bit tricky to drive to because of street closures and restrictions. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Because we were leaving very early in the morning, we couldn’t use the valet parking service but one of the bellmen accompanied and directed me to a nearby self-park garage. I considered this going above and beyond. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant and thought the food was quite good. The rooms and public spaces are very stylish and clean. Rooms were a little on the small side but well lit and furnished. The WC in our room was separated by several steps from the room with the sink and shower. A bit unusual but in no way a deal-breaker. We would have been happy to spend more time in Rennes at the Balthazar.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel for a few nights whilst watching football here, the hotel is in a good location for the train station and not far from the centre of Rennes, the desk is manned 24 hours so that was also useful. The only slight issue we had was upon check-in they tried to cancel our room as we booked through ********** and were due to pay on arrival, and arrive late due to the train from Paris. This wa sorted through ********** calling up the hotel to stop them cancelling and we had no further issues since then, The double bed was comfortable but the two single sofa beds weren't, these were hard to sleep on. Overall Okay though.

We stayed at the Adagio on the 8 & 9th of April. We had booked with breakfast and reserved Parking. Checking was simple as I pre-checked in online before arrival. The parking is easy to find ,but you need to quickly go to Reception to get a temporary fob to open the gate, once parked you go back to Reception and they hand you your keys with a car park fob. Breakfast is continental, could do with more to choose from (hence 4 star) . Everything is clean and functional. The bedding is comfortable (I have Fibromyalgia).We did not cook but if you wanted, the basics are there. The staff is very pleasant, both at Reception and Breakfast. Bonus, if you need, they offer a Food order service of catering dishes you can pre-order before 12:00. City centre is all within walking distance and there are good bus services if needed. We certainly would use again.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi strategik, tidak jauh dari stesen kereta api Rennes. Sambutannya profesional dan ramah, bilik standard sangat betul, tidak ada soal kebersihan. Hanya ada kebocoran di bawah sink, tetapi meja depan memindahkan kami ke bilik lain. Sarapannya sempurna dan lengkap, dengan beberapa produk untuk dipilih. Saya cadangkan.

J'ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet établissement début juillet. Mesures saqnitaires - Remarquable dispositif des mesures sanitaires anti-covid19 mis en place efficacement par un fléchage au sol, gel hydroalcoolique à tous les étages, rappel de la distanciation physique dans l'ascenseur. - Prestations d'accueil à la réception très professionnelles assurées par le staff ( Merci à Marion et Mme Jouan ) avec un souci constant de disponibilité, d'attitude bienveillante, d'écoute. - Propreté des chambres à la hauteur des attentes de tout visiteur. Elle constitue un excellent critère de bonne appréciation de la résidence. - Bonne situation géographique avec un accès rapide sur la rocade et à 15 minutes de marche du centre-ville. Ne pas oublier que l'exercice physique fait partie d'une bonne hygiène de vie; - Une excellente adresse à retenir pour son rapport qualité-prix

Personnel très agréables Chambres spacieuses, et propres (Pour affaire ou en famille) Literie confortables,, Emplacement idéal pas loin du centre ville mais en même temps quartier très calme. Je recommande fortement.

I expected so much more out of this big chain hospitality company. But, sadly, like many of these big companies, they try to cut as many corners as possible. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: The location is excellent. The hotel is sort of tucked away from the main street so it is very quiet. Also, it is not too far from public transit. Both bus and metro stops are very close and easily reachable by foot. The main lobby itself was relatively clean. Cons: The front desk staff was just okay - they were not rude by any means, but not overly friendly either. They were just...there. The only coffee they had in the room was horrible instant coffee. Then, they charge you 2.50 Euros for an espresso that uses a pod. I have stayed in many, many hotels in Europe (smaller boutique hotels with smaller budgets) that provided a machine with pods in my room. Those that have not provided a machine have never charged me for one espresso. I am sure had I made a habit of it, they would have charged. But seriously, 2.50 for one pod of espresso? Mercure can pony up. We are also convinced the cleaning staff did not properly clean our room. There was something on the ground that sat there for days in the bathroom. We saw it after the first day thinking it was strange it was still there. As a test, we left it there (it was a door sign) to see if it would ever be picked up, but it sat there for days. My BIGGEST issue with this hotel was the SMOKING AREA. They have tables and chairs right outside the front doors of the hotel where people can smoke. Every morning and evening their would be many people sitting out there puffing away. So, each time we would either leave the hotel in the morning and return in the evenings, we would have to walk through a cloud of smoke. The smoke would also enter the lobby and dining area where you could easily smell it. Nothing is more unappealing when you are trying to sit there, eat breakfast and you have to breathe in disgusting, foul cigarette smoke. Overall, I just expected more from a big company such as Mercure. Like I said earlier, I have stayed at smaller boutique hotels where they have smaller budgets. Despite this, they put a real emphasis on customer service and pay close attention to details.

I stayed here for 4 nights while here for work. I found the hotel to be quiet and comfortable with adequate air conditioning and good WiFi. Everything worked and was clean and maintained, although the rooms were clearly old and rather soulless. Breakfast was great in places (freshly squeezed orange juice, leaf tea!) and not so good in others (cooked breakfast was well below average), but if you are happy with continental style food then you will be happy. The staff I spoke to were all friendly and helpful too. Finally, the location is excellent, with so many places just a short walk away

L’emplacement est magnifique mais l’hôtel est presque laissé à l’abondance ! Le spa ne marche pas. L’odeur de la moquette dans les chambres. Une toute petite télé et voilà.
