酒店位置很方便 周邊各種餐廳 加油站 便利店 有停車費8刀 前台服務熱情 大堂有免費咖啡和熱水 房間是個套房佈局很好 乾淨整潔 沒有異味 很寬敞 空調噪音有點吵 洗手間馬桶座蓋已經破損嚴重 浴室花灑是壞的 水壓很低 水流特別小 總體來説性比價還行 來太浩湖旅行過渡一晚是OK的

環境很優美，空間很大，服務很好，早餐很好吃，房間設施很齊全，床鋪很舒服，打掃很乾凈，環境很優美，很舒心。

great location if you are taking kids for skiing in Mount Rose. nice and clean room, easy access to restaurants and Spount Market.

Even though we got stuck in traffic and didn’t arrive until 2am…to then have to wake up at 6:30am…beds were super comfy and check in was easy. Shower water pressure could be better (stronger) but overall great stay! Thank you!

We stayed for 3 days. Staff were friendly and location was good. It is comfortable place, near food places.

I was in an accessible room which had a bathtub. Someone in a wheelchair CAN NOT get in and out of a tub. A wheel in shower with fold down seat is necessary for anyone in a wheelchair. Please correct this!! I will be checking in!

Stayed here to go skiing at Mt. Rose. Super easy and there’s a large shopping mall “across the street” that has most things. Breakfast was disappointing but it was free, Starbucks is across the street anyways. Big rooms with plenty of space for kids and adults. We will be back again.

The pool was closed the majority of our stay and we were unable to use, the main reason we decided on this hotel and location was the pool

Nice and clean. Staff could have been more friendly but okay. Couch had a pull out bed.

Great location near Mr. Rose Ski Resort, and the rooms were indeed nice. However, our experience was marred by a few notable shortcomings. The complimentary breakfast left much to be desired in terms of quality, the need to request towels was inconvenient, and it was disappointing that the hotel did not inform us about the necessity to request room cleaning. Additionally, we encountered issues with the empty coffee in the lobby and consistently cold hot water in the afternoon.

I like that this hotel is very clean and quiet. And children love its swimming pool. come back next time.

Great stay! Very clean and safe property. Staff on night crew to day shift were extremely kind and helpful. Laundry services on property was helpful while we traveled. It was nice to relax in jacuzzi and our room was spacious very clean. Very good breakfast to start our long day of travel back home. We will definitely plan to return and stay here again.
