Nice place, Nice room, Nice SPA treatment, Nice People for services, Nice beach place ! Add smart tv and android cast would be nice. What a view from restaurant ! The sea view. Easyto go from heraklion (1 hour bus + walk / heraklion - rethymnon).

Excellent experience with absolutely amazing people around, aiming to bring the maximum to the guests. Modern rooms, great food, convenient beds on the beach. And smiles-smiles-smiles everywhere, so that you feel exceptionally welcomed. One of the best vacations.

We hä a wonderful & relaxing time at this here. Everything was very, very clean, and the ambiance & decor were fantastic. The staff, from housekeeping to waiters, were all extremely friendly & kind. The only downsides were the two-hour transfer & the lack of a place to hang wet swimwear for drying. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast was on par with what would be expected at a hotel of this standard. Restaurant has lovely views of the beach but sadly isn’t open air like others we have seen, which spoils it slightly. Rooms are nice, we had a junior pool view suit. I wouldn’t class this room as a “suit” it was a pretty standard room with a spare room (with no window) which is clearly used as a second bedroom. The pool view was none existent (see photo), we did raise this straight away when shown to the room, sadly the lady showing us didn’t really care and didn’t feel is was an issue, despite us pointing out that we had paid extra for this room type! Despite other reviews if I was returning here I would 100% book a sea view room, the road isn’t busy and the views are much better. Sun beds on the beach despite being private for the hotel command a daily charge, however this can be offset if you buy food/drink equal to or exceeding the daily charge (think it’s €12 day). Nice walk to the old town (or taxi for €6), the old town is beautiful and well worth the walk. Between the old town and the hotel is a bit touristy and tacky in places but the hotel itself and the old town are beautiful.

Very nice hotel but small rooms and not enough hangers and space in wardrobe, had to have my suitcase on the floor during my stay as no space. No wall hooks in bathroom to hang smaller towels and no drying rack on balcony to hang wet bathing suits. Good food, small pool and sunbeds always taken. Beach fantastic with very good service, especially from a girl named Sofia, very attentive and always with a smile, always asking us if we needed anything, very good service. Fantastic breakfast with a gorgeous view. A bit far from the old town, approx 25 min walk. Relaxing hotel, quiet and fresh.

We had a Absolutely gorgeous relaxing week here Rooms so clean and perfectly decorated Breakfast and dinner was a feast and absolutely delicious All staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you If you want a week away of pure relaxation and superb food then this is the place. We loved it so much that we are going again in May for a week pure bliss

One of the best, if not the BEST hotel in Mediterrian area I’ve been. Room and our own pool were as described, breakfast very extensive. But what impressed me, was the kindness and hospitality we met. We were ill couple of days and we were brought fruits and food without asking, and followed afterwards how we are doing. Nice suprise was birthday cake to the room, winebotlle and fruits by arrival and fruits in last evening and farewell gift.

So for starters we paid extra for the sea front room but we were put on the ground floor so we had a road view room, if I had known it was that close to the road I wouldn’t have paid the extra to be honest. The room was lovely very modern very clean but the cleaners woke us up every morning it sounded like they were dragging furniture round constantly so either we were positioned close to the cleaners cupboard or they walls are thin. We had gone with a few couples on a different booking and we found out towards the end of the holiday we had two single beds where as they a king size bed even though we paid the same amount for the room? When a different friend checked out they got offered a free bottle of olive oil but we checked out a day later and didn’t get offered one? I feel like you should keep everything consistent for all guests especially since they paid less than us for their room as they didn’t upgrade. The pool has enough room for about 5 people round it and is also a quiet zone so we had to spend every day at the beach which if I’m being honest if that was advertised I probably wouldn’t have stayed here. This didn’t spoil our time here and the restaurant staff Especially were so lovely and the food at the hotel was amazing just a few things I think they could improve.
