Ulasan Hotel Ísland – Spa & Wellness Hotel

The stay was awful. We stayed here for three nights and the room hadn’t been properly cleaned every single day. On one particular night, the bin bag hasn’t been changed as well. Also when we first arrived, the bedsheets had holes everywhere and the whole bedding seemed dusty. Since all the cleaners were off duty, we had to change it ourselves. Even worse, the kettle were full of boiled milk stinks and it was absolutely stomach-turning and it smelled like puke, it still haunts me now. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is too far away from town centre, it takes a long time to walk there if u don’t have a car. Another thing is that the bathroom is tiny as hell, its hard to turn around and it only fits one person. However, overall the stuff were nice and helpful. Moreover, it was convenient to have multiple of free parking spaces near the hotel.

Equipment may be a bit too old, but still not bad.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed our overnight and the location was great for local sightseeing. Very helpful staff with respect to local eateries, etc.

Great hotel. Faboulous size family room for 2 adults and 2 teens- proper big and comfy beds for all and no sofa beds! Lovely buffet style breakfast with hot and cold food. We like the location which is about 20mins wslk to town centre but local to fantastic swimming pool with lots of thermal springs of varying temperature. Hotel had free parking so was very convenient for us with hire car. Spa within hotel was also a bonus. Resturant and bar within hotel served great food. All staff was friendly and helpful. If we ever go back to zIceland will definitely stay here again.

衞生間有股反水的味道，最重要的是冰島人居然早上6點就開始裝修，電鑽鑽的整個房間都在震。

酒店非常之乾淨，寬敞，沖涼花灑夠晒勁🚿舒服😌酒店晚餐比到驚喜我，食物新鮮美味，推薦海鮮湯真材實料，甜品都好正👍食得好enjoy，價錢唔算貴，工作人員非常之Nice👍👍👍

對於東亞人來説，真正意義上的“酒店”，服務設備完善，都還是很不錯的。停車就在門口，比較方便。離市中心景點有些距離，對於自駕遊客來説不算方便。

房間很大，前台很熱心，可以幫忙叫taxi 可以暫存行李 位置稍微有點偏 走到市中心大概30min

Très bon hôtel, le personnel y est très agréable et le lieu est très propre. Le centre de la ville est un peu loin il faut une voiture ou bien marché un petit moment
