The hotel is pretty good. Especially the breakfast included in the price. However, the wifi is not good. The signal is strong but you can not be online.

It's a good place to stay if you travel to Reykjavik. Good location with a nice view. Beautiful lobby. Clean and comfort. Staff are helpful.

Excellent location, close to everything. Plenty of shops and restaurants right on the doorstep and with a taxi stand directly opposite. Just a few minutes walk from City Hall if you're taking the airport bus.

Perfect location, just have to walk a bit to get to parking.

Had a lovely trip to Iceland really enjoyed everything about it hotel was gorgeous just one thing it was so noisy out from our hotel with the party people all weekend so if you want a quieter hotel don’t pick the main ***** everything else was fab and went very smooth would go back maybe to a different hotel

Nice and convenient hotel in the city center of Reykjavik. It is possible to park for free at a spot 10 mins by walking from the hotel

Location is very good. Walking distance to all places. Rooms are small but ok. We stayed 3 nights. First night we arrived 2 am and was put in a strange room in the next adjacent building which had no elevator to join. We had big bags traveling from very far to reach Iceland. Immediately I notified trip.com assistant and also ask to change room which was done next morning. Thank you to the hotel & trip.com The reception staff was very nice and helpful Breakfast was good enough

At downtown, convenience to look for good. Far from international airport.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location in a bustling area, offering convenience for guests. The reception desk is exceptionally helpful, and the restaurant staff, particularly during breakfast, are outstanding. Wish the breakfast had more hot food variety and also better coffee options (only had filter coffee), neverthless still a great breakfast spread.The hotel comprises a modern half and an older section, but both segments provide all necessary amenities. Easy access to taxis and the nearby bus stop, which is ideal for convenient Iceland tour pick-ups. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and accessibility.

Great experience!! The room was so clean and the staff was kind. The location is excellent. Ex.) There is a supermarket next to the hotel and bus stop 1 is very close (5min. on foot).

Absolutely wonderful stay. Rooms were clean, warm and tastefully decorated, with coffee making facilities and a fridge. Bathroom was clean and water was always hot, great after a long day out. All staff were wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Location excellent. Cannot fault this place at all.

Great location and nice staffs. But the breakfast needs definitely to improve. We stayed there for 4 nights. And we get the whole trip the same buffet. Nothing has changed.
