The hotel is beautiful and location is amazing. Great breakfast with amazing views Cons Pool is very small and lack of chair No parking on site

The location it’s amazing. The room are clean and nice but it takes too long to check in and exactly at 3:00 pm not a minute earlier

Had a great stay overall, the only thing I would update is the gym by increasing the space if possible and / or getting new equipment.

this is a very nice hotel right in the central part of the town, but still very quiet. beautiful view over the sea and near main shopping street and restaurants and bars. staff very professional and super friendly and helpful. overall excellent experience

Super property in the heart of the city, on the water and the shopping streets. The breakfast at the top terrace over the sea and the square is incredible (view, food, service)

We spent 6 nights in the Electra Palace Thessaloniki at the end of Oct/ start of November,and it was everything we had hoped for. We arrived at the hotel tired out after a long journey and reception had our room ready well before the official check in time ,and we were very thank for this courtesy.The buffet breakfast offered a great selection and staff were friendly and efficient. The executive room with a sea view had a balcony and a super view of the square and the sea but it wasn't noisy.lt was comfortable and cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is eco friendly too . Spa facilities were excellent and the outdoor pool although on the small side was adequate for cooling off.l with not hesitate to stay there ai if l ever return to Thessaloniki.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property- staff was very welcoming and helpful. I had requested help on an issue with missing laundry items but it was resolved immediately. Restaurants and places of interest are nearby and within walking distance (though would recommend a cab if you prefer not to walk longer distances). I would definitely stay here in my next visit.

The location is beutiful, the condition os the property excellent what is still missing some more AI tools and ecofriedly activities which i couldn't recognized.

Nice staff, nice location. Everything fine, but from a 5S hotel I would have expected something more in the details and in the room.
