We were initially allocated 331 which was in another block and had twin beds, so we swapped to room 301 which was double and we weren't disappointed. It was a clean and spacious, comfy bed .Great to have a ettle, fridge and coffee machine :-) Large walk in shower with constant hot water. Large wardrobe, plenty of storage. We had a 2nd door onto a corridor to other rooms, there was windows in this wall but by opening curtains people on corridor could look in. Only downside no natural light. Relatives across corridor in room 305 had full wall of windows for day light. Breakfast was good choice and plentiful. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Located with walking access to everything. Would stay here again and recommend

We stayed for 3 nights, hotel is at a perfect location close to restaurants. 5mins to harbour and 15mins to church. Taxi available right in front. Breakfast was great with good spread. Staff replenishes quickly. Front reception are okay. Two things I would like to honestly comment: - due to weather conditions, roads were close and we nearly couldn’t make it to check in, hotel did not give any flexibility of cancellation understanding the conditions. I don’t think it’s fair. They still wanna charge us. - after check in the room, toilet bin are not clean with sanitary pad found and floor hasn’t been clean with some food flakes on the ground too.

Low price room are two small for two persons. The twin beds too are closed together. There is no space to turn around for packing stuff. No windows, no shampoo or shower gel, only soap provided. Overall impression is not good.

Room was very good with an excellent bed seating area and bathroom facilities excellent. Right next door to Reykjavik Domestic Airport but no noise. Interesting watching small jets arrive and depart. Blackout curtains dudnt let light in. Only twobNegative things about my stay - no instructions on how-to use coffee machine and when checking out asked for luggage to be brought down only to be told that would be an extra charge! Once I pointed out I was disabled - luggage quickly appeared. For the price I paid it had all the mod cons I would expect.

Fasadnya sangat kecil, hampir tiada fasad, sebaik sahaja anda memasuki pintu terdapat tangga. Di tingkat dua terdapat bar dan restoran, di mana anda boleh makan, dan kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga ada di sana. Bagasi boleh disimpan secara percuma di tingkat dua, tetapi ia adalah kotak penyimpanan di ruang tamu tanpa kunci. Mungkin bos fikir tiada siapa yang akan mengambilnya. Tingkat tiga dan empat adalah tempat penginapan, dan terdapat banyak bilik mandi dan tandas di setiap tingkat. Tiada bilik air dan tandas di dalam bilik. Terdapat juga dua mesin basuh di tingkat empat. Kosnya adalah kira-kira dua atau tiga euro satu masa. Terdapat kabinet di setiap bilik, tetapi tidak ada kunci. Terdapat beberapa soket di dalam bilik, dan setiap katil hanya mempunyai lampu, tetapi tiada soket. Pada asasnya terdapat sebuah meja kecil di dalam bilik. Semasa mendaftar keluar, keluarkan sarung bantal, cadar dan cadar di dalam beg kitar semula lorong. Di setiap tingkat di tingkat tiga dan empat, terdapat dapur dengan periuk dan kuali yang lengkap, peti sejuk, dsb., untuk memasak. Tiada syampu gel mandian, tetapi ada tuala kertas tanpa had. Saya tidak menemui pengering rambut, tetapi saya tidak bertanya juga. Tingkap koridor boleh terus melihat laut. Walaupun bar di tingkat dua sangat bising pada waktu malam, kalis bunyi biliknya bagus, dan ia tidak boleh didengari sama sekali. Secara keseluruhannya ia cukup bagus, meninggalkan sejumlah wang untuk saya di Iceland.

Quite a distance by foot from the center… they do provide a one way shuttle to the city Center, pity it’s only 2 trips per day at 1000 and 1700. The courtyard facing rooms really do open to the lobby view, I got a ground floor unit which was quite noisy at times.

Great hotel. Faboulous size family room for 2 adults and 2 teens- proper big and comfy beds for all and no sofa beds! Lovely buffet style breakfast with hot and cold food. We like the location which is about 20mins wslk to town centre but local to fantastic swimming pool with lots of thermal springs of varying temperature. Hotel had free parking so was very convenient for us with hire car. Spa within hotel was also a bonus. Resturant and bar within hotel served great food. All staff was friendly and helpful. If we ever go back to zIceland will definitely stay here again.

When we return to Iceland, we will most likely look first at staying here. It was very clean and comfortable, the people at the front desk were super helpful, the lobby was beautiful, and we enjoyed the free garage parking very much. We stayed here our last night before flying back home, and we had to leave at 6am so we were unable to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but they did have coffee and pastries waiting for us in the lobby before we departed. The location was just a short 5 minute drive to the center of town, and the person at the check-in desk gave us very good directions for parking and even made a great dinner reservation for us at the Seafood Grill. We had a wonderful time.

This hotel has a lot going for it, but it's held back by the fit and finish of many of the hotel's spaces. Overall, the hotel just feels dated. The red carpet in all of the halls is faded and stained, the wood floor in the room had a lot of damage, and the spa is way past its prime. On a positive note, the furniture in the room has been updated recently and the pieces were nice plus I found the bed to be very comfortable. Also, breakfast was really good! The service at the hotel was also great. But that spa, ugh. It's a perk of being a gold/diamond member, but the spa is just not in good condition. Most urgently, something needs to be done about the steam room, it smelled awful while we were there and even made other parts of the spa smell. But overall, the spa was just not in good shape with damage everywhere. Also, the location of this hotel isn't great if you're looking to explore Reykjavik but, if like us, you want somewhere with free parking for you to explore the rest of Iceland, then this is a great location for you.
