Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Reykjavik

This hotel has a lot going for it, but it's held back by the fit and finish of many of the hotel's spaces. Overall, the hotel just feels dated. The red carpet in all of the halls is faded and stained, the wood floor in the room had a lot of damage, and the spa is way past its prime. On a positive note, the furniture in the room has been updated recently and the pieces were nice plus I found the bed to be very comfortable. Also, breakfast was really good! The service at the hotel was also great. But that spa, ugh. It's a perk of being a gold/diamond member, but the spa is just not in good condition. Most urgently, something needs to be done about the steam room, it smelled awful while we were there and even made other parts of the spa smell. But overall, the spa was just not in good shape with damage everywhere. Also, the location of this hotel isn't great if you're looking to explore Reykjavik but, if like us, you want somewhere with free parking for you to explore the rest of Iceland, then this is a great location for you.

Great hotel. Faboulous size family room for 2 adults and 2 teens- proper big and comfy beds for all and no sofa beds! Lovely buffet style breakfast with hot and cold food. We like the location which is about 20mins wslk to town centre but local to fantastic swimming pool with lots of thermal springs of varying temperature. Hotel had free parking so was very convenient for us with hire car. Spa within hotel was also a bonus. Resturant and bar within hotel served great food. All staff was friendly and helpful. If we ever go back to zIceland will definitely stay here again.

We booked a 4-nights stay at this hotel, which is supposed to be high end 4-star hotel in Reykjavik . Today is just the first day and we have already encountered so many unpleasant experiences: 1) we arrived at 1pm, front desk said they would text us when the room is ready which is fine, but they never did even after 3pm. When we got to front desk at 3:30pm, the room is ready they just never bother to text us. 2) they said our booking doesn't include breakfast but I said I definitely have breakfast included. They said the rate we prepaid doesn't include breakfast. Then I showed the email booking confirmation with breakfast included for each of the 4 days, they added it back. Had I not got the email ready, I probably wouldn't have breakfast for 4 days. 3) We were given a terrible room with no view, low floor, smaller than in the pictures shown on website I booked, I complained and they switched us to the right room. Then I checked online they have 7 more rooms in the same class available on higher floors better view, but gave us the worst one. 4) I asked for a bucket of ice and they asked me to come down to the bar next to the front desk to pick it up myself, really! Wow, that's called self service 5) They provided 2 still and 2 sparkling water for free and I asked if we can have 4 sparkling water instead, they said no, we can buy 2 sparkling water. Are these the typical services you get for a $500/night room in Reykjavik?

Decorated room, good service, shamoo, conditioner, shower gel , body lotion are very good quality

北歐風格的酒店，超級安全 進房間樓層和電梯要刷兩次房卡。早上7-10點是早餐時間（included）酒店有住客免費桑拿 在天寒地凍的冰島來一次桑拿出出寒氣不要太舒服 酒店門口就是一家日式拉麪 沒記錯的話叫做Ramen momo，旁邊就是大名鼎鼎的丁丁博物館 雷市很小 去哪裡都很方便 附近的巴士站是bus stop 4。

We loved our stay at Hotel Borg. The facility is lovely, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was worth the price tag, and the spa was a wonderful bonus. Our room was spacious and clean. Any time we needed anything, the staff was quick to respond, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The location was convenient, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do while in Reykjavik. The only downside was the tiny elevator, which ended up being a fun thing by the end of the trip. It just made getting luggage up and down a little trickier.

We had an enjoyable stay at Alda hotel. The location is perfect, all the shops and restaurants are nearby. The reception staff are friendly. Jorge was amazing and was extremely helpful with helping us book our transport to the airport. Will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

Stayed in a lower level rear room next to the lift. No lift noise but no views either but since we were there to sleep that didn't matter too much! Sheets were so comfortable, really fabulously soft. Staff were helpful and the hotel was city centre and close to things we were interested in. We greatly enjoyed our stay!
