What an outstanding stay at the Atlantica Imperial! Short version: Amazing rooms/view Great allergy awareness and catering for allergies. Outstanding friendly and attentive service from all staff. Mylos restaurant is amazing! Longer version: We have just returned from 11 nights staying at the Atlantica Imperial and we could have happily stayed for so much longer. We arrived early hours in the morning but were still greeted by a friendly receptionist and driven over to our room. When we arrived at our room were had been upgraded to a room with swim up pool (a red carpet room). It was beautiful with outstanding views. We had welcome chocolates and a full mini fridge (included and restocked for all inclusive). The room was well stocked with beach towels, bathroom towels, robes and slippers. Each day the rooms were cleaned and towels switched. We would also get a knock on the door early evening to double check if we needed any further services to the room (we were always greeted with a smile and delicious little pillow chocolates!). The next morning we visited reception to enquire about food allergies. They filled out a form to indicate our room number, allergy and the information surrounding it. We were then met by one of the sous chefs from the restaurant who guided us through the symbols on all food items and the option available for ordering directly from them. They showed cleared understanding of the caution required and the issues around traces. As part of the red carpet room experience we had the choice to have breakfast at both the main restaurant or blue bay. We alternated throughout the trip. We loved when the pianist was playing at blue bay. The additional menu options at blue bay were also a bonus- particularly the truffle scrambled eggs (made gluten free on request). For both lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, we were always greeted with a smile. We chose to eat outside at lunch and inside for dinner- as there was generally a wait time (organised well with a number system) for outdoor eating for dinner time. Again, fantastic views! At dinner each day, I would request a gluten free dessert from the sous chefs who would then bring a tray of choices (all of which were delicious). On one occasion I requested gluten free pasta. They specially prepared this and delivered it to my table. We also ate in two of the a la carte restaurants- Ginger and Mylos. We have already completed an additional review for Mylos as we were blown away with the service and allergy awareness. I would really recommend dining at Mylos to every single person staying at the Atlantica Imperial. In relation to drinks, we were all inclusive and the drinks were all clearly labelled to indicate if they were included in this. All cocktails were included which was amazing and allowed us to work our way through the cocktail menu throughout our stay. Had 14 fantastic days at former Lutania Beach Hotel. Nice room with a superb bed, good food and extremely lovely staff. We’ll return if the new name and owner? keeps up the standard! The only thing we dont like, was the practice of reserving sunbeds by the pool. But after some days we left our blankets at the beds, for reserving for the next day.

A lovely hotel on the beach woukd recommend. Food was nice a little repetitive but lovely. Staff are friendly especially the late night reception as we arrived late all inclusive was finished for dinner but they had a roll waiting for us! Such an amazing view, nice drinks clean hotel.

Third visit to the residences, all staff very friendly and accomodating. Duplex suites on the third floor offer exceptional views and are kept in immaculate condition by the cleaning staff. Breakfast in the Blue Bay restaurant was superb, I would like to thank all management and staff for providing me with another stress free superb holiday in glorious surroundings. I have booked again for september 2025 and would recommend the residences to all family and friends.

Spent a week here and it is the best all inclusive I've ever been too. The food was excellent, rooms cleaned daily,staff friendly, entertainment was ok, worth paying 7.50 euros to have a sun lounger on the beach all day as the pool beds were space considering the size of the hotel. Superb holiday and will definitely return.

We booked the hotel last minute and for the price our expectations weren’t high. We had two rooms booked both with side sea views. One of the rooms was considerably smaller than the other and had a considerably thinner mattress on the bed. Our bed was comfy and we slept fine. The only problem was the balcony. We had a palm touching the patio door and had no view whatsoever (see photo). There is no safe in the room. You have to pay for a safety box at reception. We only ate breakfast at the hotel as decided to eat out as there as so many lovely eating places fairly close by. The breakfast wasn’t thrilling but I don’t know about other meals. The hotel has a fab location with a beautiful sea view and is close to shops and restaurants . The hotel needs to provide more sun loungers as there are not enough for guests. Reception told us if we could not find one we could pay 7euros each per day for one on the beach, which were very basic plastic ones. ALSO no beach towels are provided! ALL INCLUSIVE??? Gin not on all inclusive until after 6pm. Cocktails only after 6pm. Lager available and wine/vinegar and soft drinks all day but not bottled water. The hotel provided what we needed and we had a good holiday.
