Kalathos Sun Hotel

Classy 5-star hotel in a really good location on the east coast, some 5km from Lindos and some 50km from the airport. The compound is relatively large, thus ensuring that the guests are sufficiently spread-out and enjoy a quiet stay any time, if they wish. The number of facilities is significant, from wellness and fitness to several large pools, pool bars, mini-golf, aqua-gym, 2-hour show/entertainments in the evening and so on. I counted 4 different restaurants in operations. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. The huge beach (round pebbles) is spectacular and bathing in this water is like swimming in a glass slab. Sun umbrellas and lounge chairs are included. The hotel has a car rental booth and is not very far from the E95 Rhodes to Lindos road. It can be reached by bus transfer, taxi, rental car of public transportation buses (very efficient ones). Either you seek a quiet place or you have little children with you, this hotel seems to be the place to spend your vacation at. The compound is not new but it is very well kept. These people understand the concept of careful maintenance. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive and kind. We come to the hotel regularly and the guest handling procedures are being refined every time. Staying her is a pleasure. We especially want to thank the tireless PR manager, Savvas Papantoniou, our breakfast waiters Iannis and Nikos and the beach equipment responsible, Loukas. Thanks to make our stay so enjoyable. Gentilezza è la prima cosa che mi viene in mente pensando a questo soggiorno. Piccolo hotel sulla via principale, gestito con amore dai due proprietari che ti fanno sentire come a casa. Stanza essenziale, pulita, con frigorifero piuttosto capiente e alcune stoviglie per poter fare una prima colazione in camera se lo si desidera. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel, sempre gestito dai proprietari e anche la cucina è ottima. Camere silenziose nonostante la strada sottostante, i doppi infissi isolano molto bene dai rumori. Zona molto comoda, vicina alle spiagge più belle di Rodi. Ancora Grazie per quest'accoglienza che ci ha fatto stare veramente bene! Lo consiglieremo sicuramente!

Punto 1 Partiamo dal presupposto che volevo dire a questi che non mi và nemmeno di nominarli per nome; senza gentilezza e cordialità…. che stó ancora aspettando le pile da mettere nella cassaforte x la privacy!!! Punto 2 non ho mai sentito che negli hotel cambiano le asciugamani ogni 2 giorni…. si lavano ogni 2 giorni🤣🤣🤣🤣 che schifo!!!! Punto 3 sono sceso sempre io giù a prendere gli asciugamani senza farmeli maiiii trovare nella stanza.. mi sembrano 2 rimbambiti marito e moglie. (Horror) Punto 4 neanche il tempo di soggiornare e subito mi hanno chiesto 3,50€ x la tassa settimanale sarebbe 0,50€ al giorno,😂😂😂😂 come benvenuto mi hanno dato 2 bottigline d’acqua nel frigo bar in camera….. e il giorno dopo gli ho chiesto il perché non ci fosse l’acqua nel frigo bar... mi risponde che le davano solo per il benvenuto🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 0,25€ una bottiglina d’acqua piccola… che tutta la settimana se vorrebbero mettere 1 in frigo bar in camera sarebbero 1,75€!!!!!🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Punto 5 la più grande DELUSIONE nella camera 2 lettini separati neanche matrimoniale….. almeno a far vedere di preparare le lenzuola per il matrimoniale anche se erano 2 lettini potevano almeno amalgamare la situazione!!!! Come ultima cosa all’andata ho soggiornato alle 17:00 del pomeriggio… il ritorno avevo l’aereo alle 20:15 di sera mi diceva che dovevo uscire alle 11:00😂😂😂😂😂😂 PS: cmq sono uscito alle 14:00😉 Morale della favola UN DISASTRO….. unica nota buona il WI-FI gratis🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
