We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at La Grange du Couvent. The owners could not have been more friendly or hospitable, and their passion for what they do here shows in every detail. The rooms and the house itself are beautifully furnished, very comfortable and welcoming, and the breakfast extraordinarily good. A definite 5-star experience, highly recommended.

We booked at this delightful sounding B&B for a long weekend (out of Christmas market season, early October). We had to cancel only one day before our booking, as my husband ended up in hospital. Read the cancellation policy really carefully! I did not to this, and so we had to incur the full cost of the stay. While reading policies and agreeing to them is definitely the guest's responsibility, we thought it was unfortunate that the establishment did not bend at all. We asked if we could push our booking to another weekend and they said no. Yes, I should have been more clear on their policy. AND, it would have been nice if they could have met us half way, especially given the time of year. While we would have been excited to try and stay there in the future, we will now not give them our business. Be sure you won't need to cancel before booking! Or take out insurance.

Super endroit pour séjourner un week-end en Alsace. La grange offre des chambres confortables, bien équipées et une literie de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est royal et permet de découvrir différentes spécialités de la région. Les hôtes, plein d’entrain et de passion (parfois trop?) se feront un plaisir de vous accueillir avec un verre de l’amitié d’une liqueur locale. Pour les amateurs de café, le propriétaire vous montrera son coin secret… A faire et à refaire !

Nous y sommes revenus, Y avons posé nos valises pour un week-end afin de nous ressourcer. Nous sommes submergés par tant de beauté des lieux. On s‘y sent merveilleusement bien. Et pour finir, le dimanche matin la table du petit-déjeuner vous émerveille par toute la gentillesse et le sens du détail des hôtes. A bientôt!

Nous n'avons pas eu (cause Covid ) le plaisir d'écrire un avis objectif sur cet établissement , l' annulation de la nuit étant 2 jours trop tardive, le compte à été débité, pas de report de nuit possible, M.....est décidément de mauvaise foi et a réfléchi bien longtemps pour pondre un pavé justificatif!
