Staff was helpful, polite and friendly ☺️😄
Had a couple small hiccups but they resolved them immediately. Definitely go back and would refer others!!! Great price, great location and great suite!!! Thank you!

Picked this because the reviews were ok and it was across the street from the office. Super friendly staff. Front counter guy was awesome. Paid for the upgraded room. Beautiful of a roof and directly next to an ice machine so it is very noisy. There is a chemical fragrance sprayed in the room that is beyond overpowering. Almost an instant headache. Looking forward to leaving. Got a double Queen and one bed has what looks to be splotchy starch. It could be something else. No idea but check the pictures. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Excellent customer service and superb staff! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Many members of our family were guests for a group wedding, The Buckley’s in March 2017 as well and service was and still is unmatched and so accommodating. Thank you!

Our room was not cleaned, even though we left the room before 10 am it did not get service at all. When we came back at 4:30 pm. We went down to let the front desk know that the room was not clean and we needed fresh towels. The front desk said the cleaning lady had gone for the day and if we wanted fresh towels we had to turn in the other towels. When we went down with all the towels the front desk only gave us 2. We said we needed three and the front desk argued that we only need it one for the only one person in the room. When we pointed out we had turned in 3 bath towels the front desk said you got 3: one towel, hand towels and wash cloth. We had to point that 3 of us were staying at the hotels. Never thought we needed the entire family present to get towels for each. Horrible customer service. Never imagine that as a paying guest of a hotel we needed to beg for Fred towels. This situation would been avoided if the room had been cleaned in the first place. First time at a Sonesta hotel and last time at a Sonesta hotel.

When you are on the road, your hotel should be a home away from home. A comfortable place to stay. Upon checkout at around 10:00 am we noticed several cockroaches near the doorway in our room. Keep in mind it was daylight, there were several, and they were coming up from under the carpet! This hotel is infested! We told the check in/check out person but he was apathetic and just said we needed to talk to the third party we booked the hotel though, *******. Once I contacted ******* they said they called the hotel and the person on the phone refused to refund our money. I can’t even imagine the party the cockroaches were having at night while we were sleeping or how many there are in the kitchen area. I wish the workers had more concern and at least acted like they were going to do something about the little creatures. Terrible customer service. Look for other hotels in the area, there are plenty.

First off not safe to go to the lobby off 10 pm nothing but drunks sitting around messing with the women that come in if they are alone. at 3am people where fighting outside and in the hall and rooms. When you try to call the front desk nobody is there so I walked down there and there was no one there behind the desk waited for a while but no one showed up. I go down to the desk after 7 am and talk to the so called manager about this and she said I was lying and that has never happened there and if I didn't like I could leave without a refund and go somewhere else.
