This hotel is one in which you see indifferent staff. We asked in advance baby cot which was with extra charge but the guy at the reception told us that he couldn't live the reception. But later we saw him smoking outside with his colleague. During the breakfast the food were putting by guy in the cap and lady with her long hear without any covering. All these details are important and damage the image of the hotel and our holidays. We will not return there. Also was not easy to find parking. The breakfast and the room were good.

The hotel is very welcoming and clean. The rooms are comfortable and we had a nice stay. The breakfast is really good, you cannot get enough of all the goodies. Also, the hotel is close to the bus station and you can reach a mall or the city center very quickly! The only minus was the noise from the main road which troubled our sleep in the morning! Maybe ask for a room which is not close to the road :)

飯店位置非常棒，就在舊城區裡面，到每個景點都非常近，設施也十分新穎，4樓設有免費的洗衣及烘衣機，方便可以清洗隨身衣物，若不想生飲自來水，隨身都可以跟櫃台索取瓶裝水，也是免費的，早餐樣式雖不多，但都很好吃，蛋捲、糕點都非常美味，服務人員都非常親切有禮，提出的需求都可以很快完成，非常推薦。

The reason for the 2 star review is because they only have an online reception - which means they do not have any physical presence and therefore when issues arise, they are not really resolved. This includes security concerns. During our stay, there were 4 kids under 18 that were staying in the apartment above us. They were blasting music, yelling and stomping around between 4pm to 4.45am (with the worst between 4pm - 10pm). We also had an instance of someone who were clearly not staying in the Revelton apartments because they had tried to get into our and our neighbours apartments (you can hear them punch in a code and fail). They then knocked on our door - when I opened the person quickly said sorry “wrong place” and ran off. I am not sure how someone random could get into the apartment building at all if they were not staying there given there are coded locks…. This was concerning. We had messaged reception about both the noise and the random person; but their response was a shocked emoji, and that they had resolved the issue by contacting the guests who were apparently very sorry for their behaviour, and that we should be patient. It was clear the other guests were not sorry as they continued their unruly behaviour; and I do not consider the online receptions actions were in any way sufficient in dealing with the issues raised. I also think the lack of security measures- vetting/verification of people who are staying etc is a little concerning. Whilst the place itself is great in many aspects (good finishing, clear instructions, good location) - if you want peace and quiet - I do not recommend you stay here, particularly over the weekend. If you are not so concerned with noise and security, then I think it could be a lovely stay for you.

Excellent emplacement, à la limite de la vieille ville. Chambre avec vue sur la rivière, très bonne insonorisation de l extérieur car rue très bruyante, un peu moins ave c les autres chambres. Pas de parking, très compliqué et très cher de se garer dans Riga. Très bon ptit dej. Accès au Spa payant 20E, piscine un peu froide. Des petites attentions en plus pour notre voyage de noces.

Hotelnya hebat dan berada di lokasi yang baik, tepat di pusat bandar lama. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan sangat berpengetahuan tentang kawasan ini. Seorang kakitangan yang dipanggil Lev sangat membantu, mengetahui banyak sejarah mengenai Latvia / tempat berkunjung dan sangat profesional. Hotel mempunyai watak yang hebat dan sarapan yang baik, dengan ruang makan sarapan yang indah. Saya pernah mendengar restorannya juga bagus, tetapi kami tidak sempat pergi dengan lawatan singkat itu. Pasti akan tinggal lagi.
