Demo Hotel Design Emotion

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at, and I've been traveling full-time for over a decade now, so that's saying a lot. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed. You get a 6-digit code which serves as your key for the front door of the hotel, your room, and the parking lot gate. There is ample easy free parking in the private parking lot or on the street. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet, and super clean. The interior design of the rooms are stunning. My room had two separate balconies. The hotel amenities are very generous. Among them is a washer and dryer to wash clothes which is free for hotel guests. The WiFi was fast. Simply put, this will now be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Rimini. The owner is a very kind and welcoming man. This is hotel is really something special. Bravo.

We only spent a night at this hotel travelling as a couple on a short city trip but it truly impressed us. We stayed in the suite called "In a light wave" that had its own sauna. (which proved to be a good idea, by the way, as the weather was not kind to us during our stay.) The suite was spacious, perfectly clean and very stylish. The design, the appliances, the furniture were all superb. We had been in touch with Piero the manager prior to the trip and met him later when we arrived. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, helped us with luggage storage after an early arrival, provided welcome coctails, and fresh breakfast pastries. The location of the hotel is also very good, a walkable distance from both the city center, the beach and public transport. We enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return one day.

This place has taste and finesse in every single detail!! Everything was absolutely amazing! The hospitality of the owner and the personal touch in all the facilities left us speechless!! What can I say? Our room had a gym! Our dog was welcome! Our baby enjoyed the fluffy bed like a queen! And we enjoyed the whole room every single second! There were welcome cocktails, incredible fresh croissants in the morning, a nice park next to the property and the beach is only 3 mins away!! If we ever come back to Rimini we will ONLY stay @DEMO!!!

Clean, stylishly unique rooms. Piero the host was kind enough to drop off a pastry and OJ every morning otherwise you would need to go out for breakfast.

I recently stayed at the Demo Hotel in Rimini during a business trip: it was an experience unlike any other. It's a one-star hotel (for buroucratical reasons...), but don't let that fool you—their suite 'The Circle' was a masterpiece of design. Each suite in this place is crafted by different architects, with a commitment to sustainability that’s both impressive and comforting. As a guest, I felt like I was on a sensory journey, with even the common spaces offering a unique environment.The host here is something special; he really makes the experience personal and welcoming. The Demo Hotel stands out as a beacon of creativity and eco-friendliness. The automated reception blends cutting-edge tech seamlessly into the stay, making everything smooth.This isn't just a place to sleep; it's a place that challenges what hospitality can be. It's more than accommodation; it's an inspiration, proving that even in the most unexpected places, innovation can thrive and even transform a destination.

It’s difficult to put into words just how special this place is. And I’ve travelled to many places all over the world. The apartment was stunning. The whole building is stunning. Please don’t consider staying anywhere else in Rimini. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere to match it for style, comfort, hospitality and location. The fresh croissants in the morning were a welcome surprise as were the facilities in the communal area downstairs. I will definitely be returning. It was a great base for myself and friend to stay. Our apartment was called Just Like Home and I would like to say it was. Except my home has not been created by a leading designer! It’s a short walk to the marina area with cafes and restaurants and 15-20 minute walk into central Rimini. There is a park next to the hotel. Wonderful.

Everything was perfect:from the free bar opened 24h to the very modern and tasty decor of the rooms and above all many thanks for the hospitality and availability af the manager. At 5 min by foot from the beach

Thus hotel is in the futuro! It is so new and have big accomodations with kitchen, toilet and room. Location is also excelente! Near beachs and city center. It is so easy to access with a code sent by email and we can do our check in so fast! It was an amazing experience! That is the best hotel in Rimini!
