Alloggiato con la mia famiglia 5 giorni in questo stupendo hotel. Ero in una camera vista mare. La camera e il bagno molto belli e moderni e sempre puliti e in ordine. Le ragazze della colazione sempre disponibili e sorridenti.... Avevo prenotato senza colazione ma appena l'ho vista alla mattina l'ho fatta tutti i giorni, qualche volta a buffet e qualche volta alla carta: EPICA. Lo staff alla reception professionale e disponibile a ogni richiesta dalla prenotazione al nostro arrivo in struttuta e sui consigli su dove andare per aperitivi o cene. Ci tornerei molto volentieri!

Very beautiful place. Nice hotel corresponding to 4* quality. The reception worked 24/7 and always very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are comfy with a view of the sea, very clean. Every day new towels. Nice outdoor seating. Sandy beach at a distance of 3 minutes from the hotel. The only minus is the fee of 20 euros for a sunbed+parasol for 2 person/per day. Otherwise, the sea and the beach are clean. We enjoyed it very much.

L'hotel è molto accogliente il personale gentile, unica cosa che non ci farà più tornare è che per un cane di piccola taglia hanno chiesto un supplemento di 40 euro per 2 giorni, più di una tariffa giornaliera per persona. L'hanno giustificato come pulizia. Mi chiedo cosa c'è di diverso tra pulire una camera occupata da persone con in più l'aggiunta di cane? Senza cane la pulizia è meno scrupolosa? Passano l'aspirapolvere senza prestare attenzione? Se viaggio ed occupo una camera senza cane non troverò la mia camera perfettamente pulita e igienizzata? Quanto gli hotel speculano su questo supplemento? Potreste offrire all'animale da compagnia una scodella usa e getta o una copertina come fanno negli hotel che si prendono veramente cura dei nostri compagni di viaggio a 4 zampe. Sono molto dispiaciuto. La ritengo una mia responsabilità non essermi informato con precisione ma di sicuro non alloggerò più in questo hotel ed in nessuna altra struttura che lucra senza scrupoli sui gli animali da compagnia. Peccato perché l'hotel si presenta bene ed il personale è cordiale e professionale.

Abbiamo passato due notti nell’hotel Bianca Vela io, mio marito e mio figlio e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Camere e toilette puliti c’era anche un terrazzino. Colazione mista, dolce e salato ed anche un cestino con prodotti confezionati misti per me e mio figlio visto che siamo celiaci. Ma in aggiunta senza rischio contaminazione c’era la frutta, yogurt bianco e alla frutta senza glutine, marmellatine, miele. La macchina automatica per prepararsi autonomamente il cappuccino, latte macchiato, the caldo era senza rischi di contaminazione in quanto erogava caffè in grani macinato al momento e il latte era fresco all’interno di un grande serbatoio riempito quotidianamente e non latte in polvere che sarebbe stato a rischio per noi celiaci. L’orzo lo fanno con un’altra macchina. La Signora della reception ed il ragazzo della Sala e le Signore delle pulizie sempre disponibili gentili e sorridenti! Spiaggia convenzionata a 200 metri o una grande spiaggia libera a 500 metri. Ad 1,5 km circa c’è un bel parco acquatico Beach Village con prezzi molto modici! Siamo stati proprio bene! Peccato che non c’erano altre notti disponibili sennò ci saremo fermati più che volentieri.

Stayed here in room 212 for 4 nights. I arrived pretty late due to flight and train delays, but there was no problem checking in at 11pm. Check-in was simple and all they needed was the passport. There's a city tax which wasn't charged until check out My room was on the 2nd floor and there's a lift. The room was supposed to be a double, but the bed was obviously two singles pushed together. The mattress was soft. Although it was comfortable enough, it was uncomfortable at the juncture of the two mattresses. The ensuite bathroom had a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink, with towels provided. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and there was no problem getting hot water. The room also has a desk, but no chair. The staff were kind enough to get me a chair after I made a request for one. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with a garden and lots of seating sheltered under gazebos. On a sunny day, it’s lovely to sit in the courtyard. The room had a small balcony with just enough room to stand and overlooked the courtyard. Pleasant, but not all that useful. There's WiFi throughout the hotel, with no problem getting a signal anywhere on the hotel grounds. It worked well. Location wise, the hotel is 10 minutes walk to the beach, beaches 28 to 32 if walking directly towards the sea, about 15 minutes to Rimini FS train station and about 20 minutes walk into town. The building is in an area mix of residential housing and converted hotels. Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms are slightly old fashioned, but comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. For the price paid, there’s not a lot to complain about.

Nice and clean with marwellouse swimming and a long beach, breakfast very good. Every day was fantastic. We allso made a boat trip with disco and the small fishes with bread. Beatyfull coast with touristing guiding. Buss to San Marino a remarkable vue and rhe old church with st Barbara, This is not for small children because it is very high up. The mountains are lovely. The bus goes back to Rimini. I am longing for going there again.

È un hotel ”design”, molto originale partendo dalla reception. Ma le stanze (piuttosto fredde e poco accoglienti) hanno una serie di problemi. Niente prese vicino al letto per caricare il cellulare (e comodini minuscoli), televisione messa quasi a lato del letto, ti viene il torcicollo, luci orribili tipo neon, che prima di capire quale interruttore accende una o spegne l'altra, passa molto tempo... senza parlare delle piccole lampade accanto al letto, dalla luce bruttissima e che intanto non rimangono fisse e si piegano inesorabilmente. Il bagno ha una serie di problemi, doccia non separata neanche da una tendina, luce scarsissima. Per riassumere, sembra che l'architetto o il designer non abbia tenuto conto delle esigenze basiche che una stanza di albergo richiede, pensando solo al design e l'estetica, peraltro discutibile. Due punti che ho trovato positivi: il personale, cortese e professionale, e la colazione con buona scelta e qualità con un servizio impeccabile con un personale molto simpatico!
