Ulasan Hôtel le Navigateur

Quand nous avons réservé il était mentionné spas à notre arrivée on demande à la mademoiselle au comptoir à quelle heure ferme le spas elle nous dit 9h mais dsl ce n'est pas inclus avec la chambre. Dsl mais sur le site de l'hôtel c'est bien mentionné qu'il y a un spas ,c'est pour cela nous avons choisi votre hôtel. Elle nous répond si vous voulez le spas vous devez payer 50$ par personne pour avoir accès...quoi ???? On lui a dit notre mécontentement et lui avons mentionné que cela devrais être indiqué ! Le lendemain on remet les cartes et soulignons la même choses . La personne a l'accueil nous dit mais dsl pour le gros vous devez payer 50$ mais lui au deuxième c'est gratuit 😡 Je ne comprends pas pourquoi hier à notre arrivée là demoiselle nous la pas mentionné. La nous remettons les cartes et apprenons que l9n aurait pu profiter du petit spas ! Dsl mais c'est un gros manque d'information !!!! En plus Quand on s'attend à quelque chose et que l'on fait 31/2 de route c'est très décevant. Très déçu de notre expérience à cette hôtel. Je recommande plus le gouverneur qui est à côté avec grande piscine gratuit !

The photos of the spa are misleading since it’s located across the street and doesn’t belong to the hotel. You have to pay extra for every service.

was very good service only downside i had was that it says sound proofed and could hear babies crying and people talking through the walls. but upon demanding something be done got upgraded for free

Hotel is great and the italian restaurant is super convenient. Room was clean and quiet. Parking little challenging on the friday we arrived but we did end up finding a spot at the back of the hotel

Great stay. Stayed in a junior suite in the 2nd floor. Rooms are very nice. Parking is easy. Quick walk to local brewery, breakfast options and other great restaurants. Pacini is in the same building if that’s your kind of spot.

Well located near the St-Laurence River (Walkable). Very clean, conviniently associated with à good Italien restaurant.

This is a great spot to stay. We had a few small issues with our room (bathroom sink was not draining well, bar fridge was missing temperature control knob) and the lovely staff were prompt, friendly and helpful.

Great hotel - renovated rooms and just accros the 4 km boardwalk ! and the St-Germain street that is during summer time for pedestrians only ! Highly recommended and we will be back !

Rooms were smaller than my expectation. My room was next to a parking lot. Was promised a room change, but it never happened, although we had moved our luggage to a storage area.

The staff were excellent, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately the outside property looked like it had been let go- weeds and garbage.
