Ulasan Orla Copacabana Hotel

The hotel is in a fantastic location -very convenient for getting around. Breakfast was also quite good with a decent selection. However, the room itself was disappointing. It wasn’t particularly clean and clearly needs renovation. The biggest issue was the check-in experience. The staff were unfriendly. The manager made it clear that guests who book through third-party platforms (rather than directly with the hotel) would not be allowed early check-in. Not the warmest welcome. Overall, a convenient place to stay, but the service and room condition leave much to be desired.

Nice hotel with a very good view. Location is between ipanema and copacana beach. The employees are very kind and speak english fluently. Will come back for sure

Amaizng stay, great location

I tried 4 hotels in Rio de Janeiro and even compared to the five-star Fairmont, which is 50 meters from Orla, Orla remained my favorite. Simply because it is cozy, simply because it is somehow homey. Everything is small, but cozy and pleasant. And the best breakfast! So much fruit!!! Cool!

Good option in Copacabana. The room could be improved (it feels more like a three-star hotel) and the breakfast too.

I know the hotel, I've stayed there again... I highly recommend it, due to the location, organization, and the attention of the staff. Very tasty breakfast... and the best part is that it faces Copacabana beach, everything is close by...

Good location, overall the hotel is pleasant. Not very clean, but there was one caveat: there was no flexibility of the staff, and most importantly, when registering, we were asked where we were from? We answered from Argentina and the receptionist answered), I don’t like Argentines, just like you and your neighboring country. Which we were extremely surprised by. De kamer zijn sterk aan onderhoud toe. Kozijnen rotten aan de onderkant weg en het behang laat los. Slechte zaak voor €105 euro per nacht Ik zou dit niet aanbevelen. Kijk goed naar andere opties
