Decent hotel . Not a 5 star but a decent 4 star . Missing some bits to be considered as a 5 star. Shout out to fernando and marcio who were excellent staff round the pool . Making sure our drinks were full and always with a smile . Also Monique are cleaner was excellent and attentive to our requests. Reception staff that done our check in and check out were very good as well. Found it slightly odd all the sales people trying to sell time shares all over the hotel . Breakfast staff were great and happy . The evening staff not so much . Overall it was a good stay and good value for money

The hotel is very good location also but room service is very bad even don’t have shampoo and brushing teeth also when call them need that’s things they give next day

Although slightly out of the way, the views and proximity to the beach are excellent. However, the service is quite poor and way below international standards. Most staff stand around and play with their phones (even the life guard). Breakfast is basic and doesn’t change from day-to-day. Some of the restaurant’s food is frankly embarrassing for any type of food outlet. The chefs should be quite ashamed to send it out. The pool is area is nice but worn out. No one cleans it during the day and tables are dirty. The loungers have seen better days. English language is quite rare apart from the receptionists, which to be fair, they’re probably the best staff there. The potential of the hotel is there - just needs good management and training. Do better!

I liked this hotel. Service is good, breakfast delicious and the rooms are quiet and spacious. There's a lot of party and noise at the hotel pool, though. So if you're looking for a quiet place, the pool is not for you.

Hôtel très bien. Bien situé face à la plage. Un peu loin des plages Ipanema et Copacabana mais station de métro à 700 mètres. Personnel à l’écoute des clients. En revanche, pour un séjour de 10 jours, concernant la demi-pension, pas le choix entre soir ou midi. Uniquement le soir. les plats ne varient guère d’un soir à l’autre. Petit-déjeuner copieux pour tout touriste (anglo-saxons, européens, brésilien….) Chambre spacieuse. Vue magnifique sur l’océan. Petit bémol : piscine extérieure non chauffée ( en juin )

Arquitectónicamente impecable, muy buenas instalaciones. El personal muy desmotivado, poca limpieza en las zonas comunes, el servicio de restaurantes muy malo y el servicio de camareros también malo. Recomiendo quedarse solo reservando a un precio conveniente, de lo contrario no lo vale.

O Hotel é simplesmente incrivel! Já tinha ido outras vezes, mas sempre me surpreendo! Atendentes cordiais, café da manhã perfeito! Serviço de quarto super rápido e solicitos. E o quarto impecável! A vista é maravilhosa, não tem como cansar e enjoar. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes!

訂的是deluxe豪華房。但給我的是正對貧民窟Favela的房間。這個酒店70年代建造但設計還不過時。 酒店查客人很嚴厲，你要是訂一個人的房但又住進來多人恐怕不行。 房間設施一般，沒有拖鞋沒有沐浴露沒有瓶裝水。這樣的硬件配一塊肥皂也太寒酸了吧？ 2樓的健身房不錯而且很大。泳池也很大但桑拿不熱。早餐馬馬虎虎，種類不多。 總體性價比還行，比隔壁的喜來登便宜不少。

Hotel maravilhoso, decoração fantástica e cheia de obras de arte. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, cama King. O café da manhã é muito bom. A área da piscina é animada, com DJ o dia todo e acesso a praia.

O hotel é excelente e super bem localizado. Passei um dia maravilhoso para comemorar meu aniversário.

Um dos melhores hotéis do RJ.
