Great hotel in an ideal location within walking distance of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Aarti, plus other temples, ashrams, cafes and shopping area. Lovely, helpful staff and clean rooms. Pros: Super-friendly welcome and service from highly responsive and attentive staff. Clean, comfy rooms with nice toiletries. Wonderful roof terrace with views across the mountains and the Ganges. Tasty, well-cooked food and good menu options in the rooftop restaurant. Cons: Weak Wi-Fi, continually dropping connection. Coffee machine broken, so no freshly brewed coffee at breakfast (only powdered Nescafe). Ask for hot water so you can make an international style coffee. Limited breakfast choices for international guests. If you’re not keen on an Indian-style breakfast, there’s only white ‘air’ bread toast, jam, fruit, curd, cereal (no cold milk). No egg options (this might be due to religious reasons). Suggestion for management: fix your coffee machine or add a hot water urn. It would be great to include a more nutritious brown bread option, honey and a few sealed bananas at breakfast when you have international guests staying.

This is relatively small hotel, where i could find all basic amenities. Reception area is clean and check-in process was smooth. Special mention, you need to keep your footwear outside or carry with your hand. Room was clean with sufficient toiletries, electric kettle, clean towels, bed-sheet etc. Small restaurant has traditional sitting arrangement (not typical dining table/chairs. Food was prepared nice, good taste and as requested, prepared with less oil. They do have yoga classes every morning which is free. I couldn't attend but would do on next stay. I tried abhyanga massage there. It was okayish and not as authentic as you may find at some other places. Things to improve - hotel has no signboard or directions to reach the hotel. You may need to call the front desk. Things to note - there is shared entry for multiple hotels in that street. If there are car(s) or even 2-wheeler parked in that way you need to either park at a distance

The Hotel has an outstanding level of quality & cleanliness. It is literally one of the cleanest places I found in India - after having traveled here for decades. The personal attention by the owner Girish is truly inspiring. So dedicated & caring. Service of staff, taste, quality & cleanliness of food is amazing. Highly recommended. 🙏🏼 🌻 🙏🏼

The stay was good. The staff was very supportive. We even had a medical emergency with our baby and they were all ready and eager to help. The rooms were clean and tidy m the view is awesome. The food in ashram was really nice. We really enjoy our stay. Overall our experience was pretty good. Definitely going back again next time.

After an inaugural trip to this wonderful hotel last year, I eagerly returned this September… Such a pleasure to return, this hotel has gone from strength to strength. An ideal spot for solo and group travellers alike, welcoming and comfortable, great spacious rooms, a large garden, a fantastic restaurant serving a wide selection of food, great WiFi connection, all mod cons! So happy to see this hotel thriving, it’s a great asset in Tapovan and an absolute gem! But again it’s the people that really make a place and I give eternal thanks to all the guys who welcomed me so kindly, brilliant characters who work soo hard and are so much fun! Bijendraji, Prabhuji, Pradeep, Satveer, Siyaram (pathi) Akilesh, Saurab, Ajay, Naveen, Lakshmi (devi) Bhandariji, Amit, Rahul, everyone -love you all! Lots of love and luck always.
