It was a very satisfying stay overall. The staff were friendly and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. Thanks to Liu and Ding, I was able to stay very comfortably. I really appreciate their help. Location – The location is very convenient. It’s within about a 10-minute walk to Wanxiangcheng and around 5 minutes to May Fourth Square. It was also easy to catch a taxi right in front of the hotel. Room – The room was spacious and apartment-style, which makes it a great option for stays longer than one night. It was clean, and the slippers were replaced daily. The refrigerator was large, and having a separate living room makes it especially suitable for families. The only minor downside was that the bathroom shower head was quite small and a bit inconvenient to use. I brought a portable shower head, which worked well for me. And the hair dryier was not that good. Overall, it was a very satisfying place to stay. I had a great experience.

Beautiful ocean view and lovely room, I really enjoyed my few days of sunsets and mornings here! Not the cleanest room or newest building, but everything works and it's amazing for the price. The smart home voice feature for lights and curtains was so useful. Deposit required at check-in. The staff is very responsive and helpful, after notifying them about a broken screen in the room they already dispatched people to help fix it within minutes. I had zero issues with takeout being delivered to the room which made breakfast and meals easy. I came to Weihai for the snowy beach but the weather was disappointingly good lol. However it was a relaxing staycation because of this homestay and I'm so glad I decided to choose this place in the end!!

This is an absolute gem among all the hotels I've stayed in over 15 years of traveling across 40 countries. The design of the rooms, corridors, and common areas is stunning and truly unique. There’s an arcade machine in the room with Nintendo games from my childhood… It feels like the hotel owner's personal signature style - and it's the most amazing highlight of this place! A special afternoon tea with fantastic cookies is a wonderful service. Breakfast is usually a buffet, as far as I understand, but on the day of my stay, there was no buffet, and breakfast was served individually for each guest. Still, it was very good and filling. The location is excellent - right next to the bus station. That means you can check in immediately after arriving from the airport by airport bus, or leave your luggage if you arrive early. Getting anywhere in the city is also easy, quick and cheap by local buses. The room was very comfortable: quiet and very warm (I stayed during the cold season), exceptionally clean, with a great bathroom, and everything was in perfect condition. The bed was very comfortable with amazingly soft pillows worthy of a high-end hotel - and they even provide several pillows with different levels of softness! The staff's attitude toward guests is excellent: I'm a light sleeper, and quietness is important to me, but in Asia this is often a problem even in expensive hotels. So when booking, I requested a quiet room on a high floor and away from the elevator - and my wishes were fulfilled perfectly. And for all of this, the price is simply incredible. This hotel is worth traveling to Yantai just to stay here! Overall, it's a masterpiece. The only places I've seen that are better are classic five-star hotels, but even they don't have such outstanding interior design and arcade machines. 😊 And if you were born in the 1980s, you absolutely have to stay at this hotel to play the games of your childhood on a real arcade machine right in your room. 😊

Easily the best hotel we stayed at. It was more affordable than anything we found in Beijing or Shanghai and better in every way. The service was exceptional, and everything was spotless. We received individually packaged fresh towels every single day, which really stood out. The room itself was incredible: spacious, with a queen-size bed and a fantastic view. The location couldn’t be better; right next to a large shopping mall and just steps from two metro stations. The hotel also has a bakery and restaurant downstairs, which was super convenient. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough.

出行前在網上看到都是這家酒店的正面評價，也是懷着很大的期待選擇入住這家酒店。但是入住後感覺整個酒店運營不是太成熟，酒店房間雖然好看但是像樣板房，中看不中住，住起來問題很多，想實際描述下自己入住的體驗供網友參考。 一是服務方面，房間沒有放洗浴用品和一次性馬桶墊，雖然和酒店管家聯繫都很及時迴應並且送過來，但是總得去迎接酒店管家拿東西也挺讓人感到負擔的。發現沒有洗浴用品的時候已經挺晚了，也不好意思大晚上聯繫管家來送東西，衹能等第二天一早再聯繫管家…一次性馬桶墊的尺寸和酒店的馬桶不匹配，根本用不了，也沒有馬桶消毒用品可以使用…讓人很是介意… 二是全屋智能，這真的不是全屋智能，而是全屋**。幾乎沒法手動一個個操作特定的設備，如果點某種模式，房間的窗簾總是莫名其妙的開了或關了。譬如夜語模式，這種晚上使用的模式，點了居然會打開窗簾，讓人很不理解…感覺總是在和窗簾較勁，開關好多次…而且説是全屋智能也並沒有都能通過控制終端控制，床頭的百葉窗要用另一個遙控器，鏡子的燈也得手動關。控制終端在床頭櫃上，但是沒法息屏，大晚上衹能找個衣服給它蓋上… 三是房間設定方面，廁所的智能馬桶有燈正好對着床，晚上一直亮着很影響睡眠衹能手動去拔掉智能馬桶的插頭。衹有一個大鏡子沒有化粧鏡，光線也不對，化粧很不方面。浴室沒有放衣服的地方，衹能出來換衣服。洗澡調水温的按鈕是把熱水那邊抬起來才是熱水，一開始按下去放了好久涼水冷到不行。洗手的肥皂用過一次再放在肥皂盒就粘在肥皂盒了，再也拿不起來了。進門有個大衣櫃但是裏面一個衣架也沒有，完全是裝飾… 雖然裏院晚上亮燈了挺好看，但真的就是個樣板房，住起來真的太不方便了……全屋智能這麼難用，但凡管家一開始指導一下也好呢，就發那麼短短一個酒店介紹真的很難讓人輕鬆上手。希望抓緊改進吧

Room is as shown in the pictures; nice decor with decent view. The space itself was really clean. Only thing a little dirty were the plates/dishes that had some stains. Super convenient location-wise. You're just minutes away from the Zhongshan Road shopping district and metro station. Check-in was super easy; communication with staff happens all on WeChat. Only other con is that the walls are a little thin. If your neighbours are loud, it might be an issue. Thankfully I was rarely disturbed, only once with some loud stomping that lasted about 2 minutes. Overall, excellent value for the price point.

There were holes in the bedsheets, and the toilet seat was not heated. In winter, it was impossible to sit on it because it was extremely cold. The shower fixture in the bathroom was also rusty. The hairdryer could not be used at full power, as it would automatically shut off. Unless you are catching a flight, it’s better to stay at a hotel in the city center. There are no attractions nearby, so you have to take a taxi to get anywhere; however, it was very difficult to get a ride as no drivers accepted the booking. The only advantage is that the hotel provides free airport transfers.

We had an amazing time at the Enlux Hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were exceptional - so welcoming and efficient. Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean. It's perfectly located within walking distance of major attractions, making exploring so easy. It was a truly memorable stay!
