I personally think it is the best hotel in the area, with complete services and facilities. There is a huge courtyard where you can walk and enjoy the flowers, and parking is very convenient.

Overall a decent stay. To get straight to the point, the property is comprised of four buildings: Building 1 houses the conference rooms and restaurant, while Buildings 2, 3, and 4 are entirely dedicated to guest rooms. The rooms are quite spacious. Dining options in the immediate vicinity are limited; however, if you turn right upon exiting, there's a late-night BBQ spot that looked pretty decent. It's also very convenient that express and food deliveries can be brought directly to your room.

I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

這家五星級酒店住着是真舒服。大堂看着就敞亮大氣，進來就覺得挺自在的。 房間特別乾淨，床軟乎乎的，晚上睡得特香。浴室空間大，熱水來得快，洗個澡渾身都舒坦。 服務也挺好，不管是前台還是客房服務員，説話都客客氣氣的，有啥需求很快就幫着解決了。早餐種類特別多，想吃啥基本都能找着，味道也不錯。 位置也很好，酒店旁邊就有個吾悦廣場，走路就可以過去了，非常方便，退房前台小羅還詢問入住體驗給送了小禮品，服務很熱情啊，下次有機會還來。推薦

This is a very unique hotel. The rooms are spacious and exquisitely decorated. There is a large outdoor seating area on the first floor. It is very pleasant to chat, drink tea and have a barbecue here in the evening. Molly and Miya at the front desk are very welcoming and provide attentive service. The check-in experience is very good!

The room was large, comfortable, the hotel facilities were new and the service was warm. Because of the traffic jam on the road to the hotel, it was nearly 9 pm, and the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor was off work at 20:30. Seeing that we didn't use dinner, we worked overtime to order food. The hotel service staff Wang Ruqi is also very enthusiastic. He contacted me on the road to ask about my needs and helped me arrange the three rooms I booked as much as possible.

This is my third stay at the JW Marriott Corn Building, and unfortunately, I feel like it's going downhill. Every time I come, getting in and out of the hotel and parking is incredibly inconvenient and congested. The property security at the Corn Building directly detracts from the JW Marriott experience! The facilities and amenities, especially in the public areas, are not well maintained. It's a noticeable difference compared to other JW Marriotts I've stayed at in other cities. However, considering the room rates are quite reasonable, and I understand the challenges of hotel operations, I won't hold it to the exact service standards of a Marriott. I hope the management can uphold the brand standards and truly become the KEY HOTEL that Zhengzhou expects. Of course, I would still recommend it to friends visiting Zhengzhou. I really don't like taking photos all over the hotel when I'm on business trips, as it can make others uncomfortable, so I didn't get enough detailed pictures this time. I'll make sure to get more next time.

The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement: 1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place; 2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed; 3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation; 4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened; 5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price; 6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.

The hotel is very big and the scenery is beautiful. The package we bought allows us to enter the Animal Kingdom in advance and have unlimited entry and exit. The package also includes hot springs and ice and snow world. It is very refreshing to soak in hot springs after playing every day. It is also very convenient for eating and traveling. We booked an Ultraman theme room with a small tent in the room, which the children like very much. The hotel facilities are complete, and there are many parent-child activities, including educational toys, Lego puzzle toys, and children's driving schools. The service of the staff is also very good, and they will answer any questions with a kind attitude. We are very satisfied. It is a good place to bring children to play.
