Overall hotel is comfortable and luxury. Breakfast is good and variety. Have no time to enjoy the bath tub. Location is conv , nice place

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

This is the first time I stay at JW I do like this hotel a lot. This is a modern designed Beautiful building, especially customer services is great plus there are many amenity in hotel. I would like to come back again at this hotel if I come visit in China Zhengzhou again.

It is good service and beautiful room. Nearby the Mall have Haidilao Hotpot, HeyTea and many many local food. It is taking only 3km-4km to Zhengzhou Dong Station quite near and other location Longmen Groot, Sui & Tang Dynasty, Laoyi Acient Town with very deliciouse hotpot at exit Gate . Happy to stay here i will come back soon.i

The room is new, comfortable and luxurious. It is really a great value for money. Staff service was excellent too. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiaozuo.

Very good location , next to the Qing Ming Shang He Yuan theme park . Hotel ground is huge but they can fetch you to and from the entrance opp the park via buggy . Breakfast is very good . Room is very spacious and comfortable bed/ pillow . Hotel is busy with many meetings and product launches . Room Service is available for supper .

This hotel is very modern and clean, great breakfast buffet with lots of choices and fresh squeezed juice, not cordial like some hotels. The staff were very good and friendly, the position is very good and close to everything including a connecting mall, the park next door is beautiful. The subway is very close also. The pool is very nice and clean and great spa facilities etc.Would definitely stay again if in the area

It was not very easy getting in contact with the hotel on arrival for the free shuttle. I had to get help from some very lovely people (twice!) inside the airport, and we had to wait over 45 mins to be collected. The lift back to the airport was very easy though. The room was comfortable enough.

Kaifu was a lovely hotel. We got a taxi from the airport (about 5 minutes) and were met by a member of staff who helped us into the hotel and took our bags to our room for us. Our room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was great (very good shower!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. We wanted wine, which was expensive, but it was very good too. I'd recommend this hotel.
