This new hotel, which only opened 4 months ago, is gorgeous. The staff is fantastic and so helpful, and the rooms are HUGE! It is located a short 7 block walk from the Kingdom Centre Tower in the financial district of Riyadh. The food was great (I had the breakfast buffet each morning and one evening we ate on the rooftop restaurant). Jahiroul was our server in restaurant for buffet, and never let our coffee cup get empty. Can't say enough good things about the Cantonal. It's probably more of a business hotel than family, although I saw families staying here. I will most definitely come back to this hotel when my husband and I return later this year. The wifi signal was extremely strong, something that can't be said about every hotel. My only suggestion would be softer pillows. We returned in July 2023 for another business stay. Same great service; staff even remembered us! Jahiroul Alam, from Bengladesh, was again our server in the restaurant. He was extremely attentive to our needs. This trip I used the workout room, which is about the size of most hotel gyms, so adequate. Everything in it was clean, well maintained and new. Water was readily available. I must commend the reception staff for helping us when we discovered our cell phones would not allow us to make or receive calls or texts. The manager called the hotel driver who took us places and then returned at an agreed-upon time to retrieve us since we could not call a taxi or Uber. Just can't say enough good about the staff and hotel itself.

The location of the hotel is right across the street from Kingdom Center and within somewhat reasonable walking distance to Faisal Tower. In addition, the hotel is right next to Riyadh Bank which has several ATMs, and there is a small convenience store nearby. However, if you want to go to old Riyadh, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service. The room was very clean and modern. In my opinion, the best part of the hotel was the breakfast. There was a large variety of items with different choices each day. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a bit old BUT I thought the cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The hotel staff at front desk are all excellent. I had some issues with my booking upon arrival that definitely took some work for them to resolve and they were able to get it done. I did not use the amenities but had a good sleep!

To be objectives my experience was averaghe. Location and breakfast was very good. Room needs renovation and a modern touch. You cant make phone calls neither local nor international. The staff needs a lot of improvement in customer relations to deal better with guests.

طاقم العمل ممتاز اخص بالذكر الكابتن محمد فى المسبح و الصاله الرياضيه و الأستاذه مشاعل فى الأستقبال جميع العاملين فى منتهى الذوق و الأحترام .. نظافه الأماكن العامه كانت ممتازه .. تصميم الفندق أكثر من رائع .. البار فى الغرفه يحتوى على متنوعات من القهوه و النسكافيه و الشاى و ماكينة نسبريسو رائعه .. و خدمه الغرف تزود الغرف بماء للشرب و لأستخدام البار يوميا . المشاكل اللى واجهتها اولا تدرج المسبح غير مناسب المسبح مفتوح للطيور و الطيور تنزل للشرب من ماء المسبح مما يؤدى لأنتشار الريش و روث الطيور فى المسبح و يجعل رائحة المسبح سيئة للغايه .. حتى مع محاولات الكابتن محمد لصرف الطيور عن المسبح .. لكنها تعود بعد دقائق قليله جدا .. الوسائد غير مريحه اطلاقا و البانيو كان معطل لا يغلق و لا يفتح .. عرفت فى آخر يوم لى فى الفندق ان المسبح أصبح غير متاح لنزول النساء و هو ما يجعل الفندق غير مناسب لعطله اسريه .. مكان العاب الأطفال جيد جدا و لكن يحتاج الى تكييف الهواء

In general, the staff were friendly, but seems to need more training and experience in service providing. Sometimes I would feel when asking for a service or item, I had to repeat myself or explain and still the message was not clear. They just need more experience. The good: • The room itself was fantastic. Very spacious. The beds are super comfy and you never want to get up! • Clean • Great TV size • Plenty of electrical outlets including USB, so all your power needs for your devices are met with room to spare. • Very good lighting. • Lots of storage space for your clothing and other items. The bad: The bathroom! • Very poor water pressure. It takes forever to shower. • No moveable showerhead, and as mentioned before, with poor water pressure, this was an experience to forget. • Bathtub is not easy to get in and out of, and if you have any mobility issues, this will be a big problem. • A very shallow sink. Whenever you turn on the tap, water bounces off the sink and splashes everything. So you will get lots of water on your clothes. • Very high toilet seat. Anyone under 170 cm will have their feet dangling when using it sitting down. If they can address the bathroom issues, they can make staying there a great experience.

The hotel is very quiet. No noisy children and families. Breakfast is served in the room, which I liked. The hotel interior rooms are actually better than the outside facing rooms. It's about being very noisy vs being very quiet. There is no view to speak of anyway, except for the highway and a hospital. Some rooms are spacious while others are like an office cubicle. Ask to see it first. I do not like having my guest showing ID. How rude. Few English TV stations. Wifi always worked. Bed is cozy.

MMariaCWe had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.
We do speak a bit of mandarin which made things easier yet the couple who owns this place speak some English. They were very kind and helpful and picked us up from the other hotel we we’re staying at (I usually like to experience different hotels in a place to give us a richer experience of the place we are visiting. The other hotel was also 4 times the price).
The couple has 3 home stays in total and they took us to the 3 of them so we could decide which one we wanted to stay at. We decided to stay at the one in the Kingdom center area, I think it was a great choice as the closing is great.
This b&b is great for the price. The room price was better booking through English app Trip I have than the Chinese Ctrip the owner checked from her phone. I use Trip for everything btw. It is so easy to use.
The wife who is the host offered us fruit, milk and water upon arrival and let us stay in the living room relaxing and chatting to them until we were ready to go to our rooms. The place has a friendly feeling to it as other guests and friends (all Chinese) gathered in the living room to chat. There is a lovely and playful cat with which my son was playing.
They accommodated to our eating times unlike other hotels where breakfast closes at 10:30am. They have a chef who is very friendly and cooks nice home made meals daily.
The room we had was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The one we stayed is a big house with a few rooms, we had a room with 2 single beds.
They offer shampoo and body gel in the showers. Other toiletries were not in the bathroom but I think they might have been upon request (I am guessing as the wife was super helpful and attentive) and if not, you could buy them in the shops nearby. We brought our own.
There is a maid who helps clean daily. I honestly think she could do a better job as the floor was quite dusty, the sink had some toothbrushing stains, the bathroom run out of tissue paper quickly so I had to get one from another room, and I had to ask the owner for towels which she quickly asked the maid to get us and she did so quickly. I also saw the owner (wife) was very much on top of things and asking the maid her to check things daily, put tissue on the table, etc so I think the maid just lacked some proactivity but I could see that the owner really tried to make it clean and comfortable.
I also liked how other empty rooms were open so I could see them and get tissue paper there, it felt like we were trusted. I had a key to our room and the main door during our stay.
There is a washing machine the owner said we could use so I am sure we could have asked for our clothes to get washed. We didn’t as we only stayed 1 night as we stayed with friends the rest of our stay.

3. Haruman minyak wangi di koridor hotel terlalu kuat dan tidak sesuai untuk warga asing.
4. Restoran di tingkat 10 hotel ini sangat bagus. Anda boleh pergi lewat daripada masa yang ditetapkan (10:00-13:00 boleh diterima) dan ia sangat kaya!
5. Tingkat pertama hotel ini sangat besar, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk menerima pelanggan dan mengadakan mesyuarat.
6. Perkhidmatan meja depan hotel adalah sangat profesional dan sopan.

TTAHNONRadisson Blu Hotel Riyadh Convention and Exhibition Center is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Riyadh. Its 25 minutes drive from King Khalid airport and one minute walk to the main exhibition entrance which is very convenient specially during the summer with more than 45c ambient temperature . The moment you reached the reception desk, you will be greeted with fresh Arabic Coffee and dates. Check in was surprisingly swift and smooth. I would like to thank Miss Joury for her cooperation and answering all our questions regarding the hotel facilities and the near by points of interest with a BIG smile.
Room was spotless and elegantly decorated. There are plenty of free coffee and tea choices in the minibar. I appreciated the extra large bath towels and nice walk in shower with easy function shower mixer.
The only drawback is the size of the bed is very narrow (twin bed room)

PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed at Continent Al Waha Hotel Riyadh for five days (four nights). The food was a highlight, with a diverse and high-quality menu. However, the room service disappointed as cleaning was only done on the first day, leaving the room unclean for the rest of my stay. Despite this, the facilities were generally satisfactory. A mixed experience, hoping for improved consistency in service.

Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)

PPengguna TetamuI usually try to find something positive to say about a place, but with this hotel it is almost impossible. If there was something good to say I think that going out of business would be the kindest thing. Everything is below any standard, but especially the service level of this hotel deserves the mention of being just horrible. Some daily picks: sound insulation is not available, non-smoking rooms are smelling of tobacco, A/C is making the loudest possible noise and the bedbugs are making attacks. Then you try to change rooms and the personnel inform that they will transfer the luggage to another room during a days absence and you arrive late in the evening just to notice that nothing has happened… On top of that when you get out of the shower naked a guy steps in with his luggage saying that he has a reservation for the same room.

استمتعت عندم سكنت في الفندق الجميل في ترتيبه وتنظيمه و الادب و الاحترام من جميع الموظفين الذين تعاملت معهم . الفندق موجود في المكان الائق به تماما . لم استطع مواصلة الاستمتاع بالزيارة لظرف خاص مر بي جعلني انهي رحلتي قبل موعد الخروج بيوم واحد , ارجو ان استطيع تكرار زيارته له .

BBuning6000円とは思えないほど綺麗で豪華で広い部屋。アメニティも十分過ぎるほど。従業員の愛想もよくとても心地よく泊まれた。
床の掃除も寝転がっても気にならないほど行き届いていた。周囲には大衆食堂もありとてもいい体験だった。
残念だったのは水回りで、トイレの便座が外れていた上に風呂の底が汚かった。ただし擦って落ちるタイプの汚れではなく、抉れていた？ようなので清潔ではあった。
総括すれば人にお勧めできるいいホテル、ただし便座が外れているのは早急に直して欲しい。
