I had a wonderful experience at DAMAC Towers Riyadh. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I am already planning to return and book another stay. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful reception area to the helpful staff who assisted me in getting to my room. The facilities were impressive, and I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff and fellow guests.

這家酒店的服務太糟糕了。在我到達的第一個晚上，他們在凌晨2點叫醒我（真的嗎？），因為他們搞砸了別人的預訂，想把他放在我的房間裏。在一週的逗留期間，我接受了一次客房服務。此外，房間的地板以某種方式傾斜了，他們使用的空氣清新劑非常糟糕，以至於你幾乎無法呼吸。這在各種其他問題之上。我為此每晚付款了120美元。在這個價格點上，他們幾乎衹是在搶你的錢。

Stayed here for a few nights in Feb 2023 The hotel is right on the main road very busy, the hotel itself is very nice and beautiful, excellent lobby area and lovely rooms Checked it quite late arrived around 10pm, nice friendly concierge Staff who helped me checked in, nice lovely room twin room bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities available Rooms are Clean, Bathroom is clean too although the door was missing from the shower but wasnt a big deal Location: Its about 25mins from the airport taking a careem cost around 80 SAR in the late evening, its in the middle of a busy highway, there is a KFC, Hardees, Small supermarket, Tim hortons and few other cofee places around around 1 mins walk away, walk another 8mins or so further up there you have a Danube supermarket, Mcdonalds, Baskin and Robbins so plenty of places to eat The only downside is right opposite the hotels is a Starbucks and another supermarket, however its impossible to cross this road the only way to get to it would either take a taxi or walk 20mins just to get to the other side, not worth it to be honest, stick around to the shops which are walking distance away, Breakfast - Was great nice lovely selection and plety of choices hot and warm buffet, sausages, eggs, falafel, salads, western and arabic breakfast plenty of choices! There is a masjid nearby too about 1 mins walk away for prayer nice lovely small masjid! Definitely would recommend this hotel, however its in the middle of a high road so if you need to travel a bit tax costs may add up, best worth renting a car! Apart from food places nearby there is nothing much else to see, nice comfortable stay if you plan to be out most of the day

This apartment hotel is a mixed bag. Firstly the apartment rooms are a good size and it was nice to have a bath and good storage. The kitchen is decent and reasonably well equipped. Decor is nice enough overall. Location ok. The hotel now feels older and some areas need work. The breakfast was lacking, it was odd the buffet offered no yoghurt or muesli. The pool is also getting rundown. The TVs and internet connection in the rooms needs better attention, ours didn’t work at times. We have stayed at other Riyadh hotels and not had these issues with the internet or TV connectivity. Staff were obliging. Our overall impression was there needs to be some new investment and an attention to detail.

The WiFi and room is just prefect. The location is alright , have some foods nearby but not mall around

١. مدير الفندق وموظفات الاستقبال حرصوا كل الحرص على وضعنا على كفوف الراحة ٢. المسبح عصر يوم السبت بعد انتهاء الفترة النسائية كان متسخا ومقرفا ٣. اعمال صيانة في الطابق الثالث يومي السبت والاحد دون سابق اشعار الاولى نفاها موظف الاستقبال يوم السبت بالرغم من وضوحها !! ووثقتها بالتصوير يوم الاحد تجنبا للنفي ٤. الافطار متكرر لا يوجد ابداع وتنويع الملخص: انتظرت اقامة افضل لانها ليست المرة الأولى لي واحتراما لمثالية الاولى احتمالية اقامتي مرة ثالثة ممكنة

Llegamos con intención de quedarnos Dios semanas y según lo vimos nos fuimos, el baño sin muebles ni mampara de ducha, la alfombra sucia que no te atrevías ni a descalzarte, las ventanas sucias, incluso por dentro, y mal insonorizadas, algo terrible porque al lado hay una obra y se oye todo el ruido, y lo peor de todo, ese olor a cenicero en todo el hotel.

The processing of my check-out from the hotel went rather smoothly. What was not smooth are the many obstacles I faced during my stay of only three days: -On the night I checked-in after an exhausting journey from Medina, I tried to store my valuables inside the in-room safe. However, the safe would not properly open and close. So when I told a front desk staff member about this, he sent a maintenance staff member to address this concern. The maintenance staff member noticed something in the battery compartment being broken but said the problem cannot be addressed until the next morning. So I decided to wait until the next afternoon before calling the front desk to address the in-room safe not working. However, the maintenence staff member that arrived then made the same conclusion and told me he will retrun. After about 20-25 minutes of waiting, I called the front desk again who told me the in-room safe cannot be repaired nor replaced right now and that I would have to change rooms to get a working in-room safe. I rejected this idea because I already unpacked my belongings and did not want to pack up until I check-out. So I decided that I would stay in the room that I am inside already. In exchange for this inconvenience, I requested that my check-out time be extended to 8:30 PM at no extra cost to me, and to my delight, that request was granted. But I still lacked the security of a safe for my valuables for my entire stay. -Also on that same day but in the morning, I tried to order a strawberry juice that was on the room service menu but was told that it was not available because they did not have the machine for it. This was a real disappointment but I then asked the what other juices were available, and was told a lemon/lime juice was available, so I decided to order two glasses of that instead. A staff member arrived with the two juices, which I gladly claimed, but when he asked me to sign the receipt, he did not have a pen, so he said he will come back quickly with a pen. He did not come back until 20 minutes later, and when he did, he had a card payment machine and told me I had to pay with a payment card because I cannot charge room service orders to the room. But when I waved my card over the device, the payment did not get approved, so he said he will go back to get another card payment machine. Again, I waited about 20 minutes for him to come back, and when he did arrive, he came back with the same card payment machine but told me to insert my card instead this time. When I did, the payment got processed successfully, but I am still upset that I had to undergo all those steps just to get two glasses of some juice. -Each day I was there, I had to jam in the keycard into the slot of the door to my room multiple times before it would even open. This was very troubling for me. I never had this experience in any other hotel I have stayed at in my life. -On the day I was to check-out, I had the most troubling obstacle. I was completely naked
